i can go in shops but they wont let me do anything i tried resetting my game but it didn't work pls help ?

  1. i can go in shops but i can't do anything in them like at the mission where you try get your yacht and after you have to fix your car i'm stuck there i can drive around the shop freely but i dont have the option to fix it (also sorry for the lack of grammar)
