Syncing cloud saves on Xbox One S causing crash every time I try to load game?

  1. Hello since yesterday my console has constantly crashed every time I load the game up.

    It will get to the in game load menu then the syncing cloud saves will appear and after about five seconds of loading that the game crashes every time.

    Was working perfectly the day before so not sure what’s going on. Console is fully updated

  1. Do the classic "Turn of and on again" or the " Uninstall and reinstall" if that doesn't work you should contact Xbox support.
