Looks like these angels need a good spanking!

  1. I could probably write a few taglines from the game that would make this game a 9/10 no sweat, but that's not what I'm here to do.

    10/10 gameplay:
It's like Devil May Cry, only better. I always wondered why was it so hard to dodge enemies and such in devil may cry games? because Dante didn't have witch time of course! bayonetta's witch time makes the game easy as pie sometimes, other times can be down right annoying if it doesn't work. Don't have much time, but here it goes.

    9/10 Graphics:
I somehow think they could have done a tiny bit more detail in alot of areas, sometimes I felt the areas of the game were repetitve and not fully creatively thought out. Over all good graphics, though.

    10/10 Soundtrack:
When I played this game, it both took me on a wild ride with it's amazing gameplay, and hit me out of the ball pack and smack dab into my childhood memories. It was so nostalgic playing this game, constantly being reminded of the games that brought me to this game that were made by sega.

    8/10 Story:
It's almost confusing to understand, not that it can't be understood, it's just like really random. Alot of the bosses aren't really touched on, and sometimes the story is like the Halloween movies: a normal guy in a mask that can be stabbed a billion times in the chest but still live. It's just ridiculous at times

9/10 re-playability: The re playability in this game can be boring because you're given two unlockable characters to play as, but they are both flawed in their unique way, making you miss Bayonetta. Finding help for those characters on any board gamfaqs or gamespot or ign is like finding a 100 dollar bill on top of a hay stack with a needle underneath it infected with aids. in other words: the game is not worth being replayed as any other character.

    Overall: 9/10

If it had a better fan base ,and a better publisher, It'd be more enjoyable. But now, it's already out, and Americans still don't know how screwed they got on this game. Don't get me wrong, it's a good game, but it's only the game. Nothing else, nothing more. It's worth the buy, but after you get most of the achievements, it'll sit on the shelf and collect major amounts of dust.
  2. Rating:
    9
  3. Product Release: Bayonetta (US, 01/05/2010)
