Scribe Yearling is nowhere to be found, where is she?

  1. I've collected a bunch of pre-war books and went to arlington library but I can't find Yearling! The Brotherhood-soldiers are there, ni enemies and to my knowledge Yearling hasn't died. I've tried coming back daytime, nighttime etc but she's gone. Playing on xbox.
