Is it possible to have more than 1 save file on the wii version?

opwvan simply clearified you vauge answer with details on how to accomplish it. and as long as you have enough SD cards to hold the number of save states you want, you can have more than 2. just follow the instructions for each save-state. Anahuyu - 10 years ago

If you have an SD card, you can save the file to your computer if you have an SD port or SD to USB connector. Just drag and drop the file out of "Private/Wii/Titles" and put it in a folder on your computer. Than you can delete it from the SD card and repeat. Tynarius - 10 years ago
No it isn't. unless you have 2 memory cards adam270391 (Expert) - 11 years ago
The save data is protected from copying by Data Management, so you can only copy the data by using a PC. Tahngarthor - 8 years ago
what you could do is copy the save file from the wii data menu to an sd card.
Then erase the one on the wii and you can start a new game.
To preserve the second game data that's now on the wii, insert another sd card and copy this savegame data to that sd card.
What you have to do now in order to continue the story from the preferred savegame is to copy the savegame data from the correct sd card back to the wii and start playing.
Personally, I think all games should have the option to have 2 or more slots for saving...
I find it a serious lack in perspective from the gameproducers... But that's a whole other discussion...
Hope this helps.
Good luck. opwvan - 11 years ago
