Questions about updates/patches?

I have a few questions about the game's updates/patches
1- Are the patches available in places such as Europe or South America?
2- How much space does the patch occupy?
3- If i download the game, does it already come with the latest patch?
4- Am i able to patch the game if i use a physical copy of the game?
Please don't mind the questions being stupid, i just feel like i should know what i'm getting before i get it so i don't regret it later, thanks for the help in advance!
