Does anyone know how to swap from Japanese to English subtitles?

Here is a question. I'm playing Gundam breaker 3 on the PS Vita, but the problem is it didn't swap to English sub since it's the breaker edition. it's confusing, because I thought it would swap from Japanese to English. But it didn't, and now I'm a little confused on how I can swap it between. It does anybody know how to use the English sub???
