"Resurrection introduces to the God Eater series the "Predator Style," an expansion of the existing Devour function that enables additional devouring options in the form of the instantaneous Quick devour, the Step devour that chains from steps, and the Air devour, performed in mid-air, with multiple available Predator Styles (devour actions) for each.
While not new features to the series as a whole, all weapon types introduced in God Eater 2 and God Eater 2 Rage Burst are available to use.
Aside from the all new Predator Style, most of the old Aragami have been given a completely new attack while some of them get an attack from the new Aragami introduced in God Eater 2 and God Eater 2 Rage Burst."

Skills have been completed revamped - same skills, different system. Read up on them in the Norn database, I found it was relatively clear enough.
Mission rewards are now % chance and based on performance rather than just completion, but you get more things now. Just not guaranteed a lot now.
You can buy skills for AI to buff them up, but each one has their own specific pool of skills they can learn. You have to take them out on missions to earn special currently for them to do so.
After a mission, depending on the AI you picked to go with you, you can pick some bonuses (usually more money or more rewards). It's randomized though.
Some maps have connecting bits now, making previously really annoying areas a lot easier to travel (infernal subway has two bride-like things that connect some of the long strips so that you don't have to go aaaall the way around anymore).

The guns also work differently now and have special skills, similar to the melee weapon abilities, used by pressing R+O
Enemies are faster,and AI's have been altered slightly (allies and enemies alike)
Characters and allies are chattier (can be altered in the options), And some characters can even play a communications operator role verbally cuing you in on changes in the stage for a more HQ guided mission feel.
Gained an accessory and Flair option during chara creation, these are things that uses to be tied specifically to hairstyles but can now be used individually of chosen hairstyle.
