This FAQ was made 100% by me, and is Copyright © 2020 Scott "CyricZ" Zdankiewicz. You may not take it in whole or in part and claim it as your own. You may not alter it in any way, even if you ask me first, and that includes putting it in HTML format. I've put a lot of time into this. Give me some credit. This guide is made using GameFAQs proprietary format, so please don't ask for hosting privileges.

E-mail Guidelines

If you wish to e-mail me, be sure to follow these guidelines...

  • Make ABSOLUTELY sure I haven't already answered your question in the guide.
  • Make sure it has something to do with this game. I don't want spam, chain letters, offers for friendship. Compliment me on the FAQ all you want, though.
  • Make sure you say "Astral Chain" at one point in your e-mail. I have more than one guide, and asking a generic question such as "How do I beat the last boss?" doesn't tell me much.
  • Spell correctly and use proper grammar, please. If I can't understand your e-mail, it'll go to the junk pile.

Credits

  • CJayC and SBAllen for creating and maintaining this bastion of game help.
  • Platinum Games, for being paragons of excellence in gameplay.
  • Nintendo for funding Platinum on this project.
  • You, for supporting this series, and my guides.

Version History

  • Version 1.0 - 2/9/2020 - Should be all done. At some point in the future, I may go back and draw crude maps of the Astral Plane, but we'll see.
  • Version 0.9 - 1/31/2020 - Kinda forced myself to upload. I've got all the text in place for the eleven Files, but I also want to add pictures and maps. Also cleaned up a lot more of the collection stuff.
  • Version 0.5 - 1/13/2020 - Story walkthrough complete, and cases and collections are complete up to File 05.

The Final Word

What a cool new type of Platinum game, and honestly not as punishingly difficult as some of the others they have. Seriously, this is one of Platinum's easier, so please enjoy the madness.

Take care and be good to each other!

CyricZ started writing to get all the thoughts in his head about video games onto paper and it got out of hand.
