Orders

"Orders" are this game's achievement system. There are 185 Orders in the game, some for simple things such as completing a File, some for very complex things. You'll receive a notification whenever you complete an Order, and you'll need to access the Orders section under Status in the Legatus Menu to receive the reward for completing the Order.

Whenever you access the Orders menu, click the Right Stick to sort the menu via the completed orders first, which will make it easier to get through the clicking.

Here is the list of orders. I don't intend to list rewards, because you can look at the list at almost any time in the game and look them up. The rewards even remain listed after you claim them for reference.

Also, this list may contain SPOILERS for some aspects of the game. I suggest not seriously looking at this list until you complete the story.

Startup	Complete File 01.	These are just for straight up completing the files on any difficulty.
Awake	Complete File 02.
Link	Complete File 03.
Siege	Complete File 04.
Accord	Complete File 05.
Complicit	Complete File 06.

Peace	Complete File 08.
Salvation	Complete File 09.
Madness	Complete File 10.

Startup: S+	Complete File 01 with an S+ rank.	Can be done either on Pt Standard or Pt Ultimate.
Awake: S+	Complete File 02 with an S+ rank.
Link: S+	Complete File 03 with an S+ rank.
Siege: S+	Complete File 04 with an S+ rank.
Accord: S+	Complete File 05 with an S+ rank.
Complicit: S+	Complete File 06 with an S+ rank.

Rank: Silver	Complete the game with rank B or higher.	As you build up ranks on individual files, you'll get a total game ranking as well. These can actually be earned before you "complete" the story, except for the last one, of course. You can do this for either your Pt Standard run or your Pt Ultimate run.
Rank: Gold	Complete the game with rank A or higher.
Rank: Platinum	Complete the game with rank S or higher.
Rank: Pure Platinum	Complete the game with an S+ rank.
All Pure Platinum	Complete the game with an S+ rank on Pt Standard and Pt Ultimate.	Yes, both difficulties, not just the harder one.
Red Case Closed Lv. 1	Complete one Red Case.
Red Case Closed Lv. 2	Complete 25 Red Cases.
Red Case Closed Lv. 3	Complete 50 Red Cases.
Red Case Closed Max	Complete all 131 Red Cases.
Blue Case Closed Lv. 1	Complete one Blue Case.
Blue Case Closed Lv. 2	Complete 25 Blue Cases.
Blue Case Closed Lv. 3	Complete 50 Blue Cases.
Blue Case Closed Lv. 4	Complete all 87 Blue Cases.
Sword Scholar	Unlock one Sword Legion node in Legion Learning.
Sword Master	Unlock all Sword Legion nodes in Legion Learning.
Arrow Scholar	Unlock one Arrow Legion node in Legion Learning.
Arrow Master	Unlock all Arrow Legion nodes in Legion Learning.
Arm Scholar	Unlock one Arm Legion node in Legion Learning.

Master Officer	Attain the rank of Master.	This is done via earning Duty Points for Files.
X-Baton Master	Fully upgrade the X-Baton.
Legatus Master	Fully upgrade the Legatus.
Combat
Chimeradicator Lv. 1	Defeat 100 Chimeras.	A tall order, but you'll be dealing with plenty in the post-game Cases. Every time you hit a milestone, speak to Billy, typically found wearing his sunglasses on the Heliport, and he'll give you an additional reward.
Chimeradicator Lv. 2	Defeat 800 Chimeras.
Chimeradicator Lv. 3	Defeat 3000 Chimeras.
Itemaniac Lv. 1	Use 30 Items.	As you improve, you'll probably find yourself using fewer items. Don't be afraid to just camp outside a vending machine, fill up your inventory with its stock, then just chug over and over.
Itemaniac Lv. 2	Use 300 Items.
Round Sword Master	Use this Skill 30 times.	Make sure you use these in combat, not just when standing around. Some of these rack up "uses" for each enemy they hit. Round Bullet, I've observed, racks up quickly in big groups.
Triple Sword Master	Use this Skill 30 times.
Slow Shot Master	Use this Skill 30 times.
Air Shot Master	Use this Skill 30 times.
Gravity Storm Master	Use this Skill 30 times.
Round Bullet Master	Use this Skill 30 times.
Howl Master	Use this Skill 30 times.
Chain Drive Master	Use this Skill 30 times.
Crash Bomb Master	Use this Skill 30 times.
Blue Shield Master	Use this Skill 30 times.
Hit Rush Master	Use this Skill 30 times.	These are the Skills that all Legions have access to and it accumulates regardless which Legion uses them.
Auto-Bind Master	Use this Skill 30 times.
Speed Star Master	Use this Skill 30 times.
Sync Keep Master	Use this Skill 30 times.
Power Charge Master	Use this Skill 30 times.
Sync Attack Master	Sync Attack enemies 30 times.	You have to connect with the attack for these to count.
Chain Jump Attack Master	Chain Jump into enemies 30 times.	You have to connect with the attack for these to count.
Chain Counter Master	Chain Counter enemies 30 times.	Remember that sometimes even enemies just moving fast can be chain countered. They don't have to have that aura that shows where they'll charge, but it does help.
Finishing Move Master	Perform Finishing Moves 30 times.
Fusion Master	Perform Legion Fusion 10 times.	Remember this is a late-game ability. If you're looking to push this ahead, buy a ResoMax from Brenda.
Stealth Bind Master	Perform Stealth Binds 30 times.	Even with only three major stealth sections in the game (one optional), this can be done with repeats. This registers regardless of whether you use the prompt to stealth bind.
Simply Stunning	Stun enemies 30 times.	There are a lot of ways to stun enemies, but the simplest is the Beast Legion's Howl.
Baton Maniac	Cause 50,000 damage in Baton Mode.
Blaster Maniac	Cause 50,000 damage in Blaster Mode.
Gladius Maniac	Cause 50,000 damage in Gladius Mode.
Multitasker	Defeat three or more Chimeras at the same time five times.	One of the best ways to accomplish this is using the Arm Legion's Gravity Storm to gather enemies, then switch to Axe Legion and drop a Crash Bomb amidst them. Best if done on small Gel Chimeras. Does not work with Aberrations.
Sharpshooter	Get ten headshots with the Arrow Legion.
Absolute K-9 Unit	Track ten scents with the Beast Legion.	You might have to repeat a couple to get this. Make sure that you let the Beast Legion complete his animation tracking it to the endpoint. Don't switch to digging up the item before he finishes and marks the spot.
Armed and Dangerous	Throw ten objects with the Arm Legion.
Parry Professional	Parry ten times with the Axe Legion.	It says "parry", but really this is just using Perfect Call with the Axe Legion specifically.
Ted's Best Customer	Defeat five enemies with Combat Items.	You don't actually have to buy them from Ted. Just use Grenades or Drones on weakened enemies to finish them off.
Collection
Supply Snatcher Lv. 1	Open a Supply Crate.	This only counts for Supply Crates encountered during the main story. You can find additional Supply Crates in the post game, but they don't count.
Supply Snatcher Lv. 2	Open 120 Supply Crates.
Supply Snatcher Max	Open all 327 Supply Crates.
Finders Keepers Lv. 1	Find a Dropped Item.	Dropped Items are the ones that have a small blue aura around them on the ground when you get close, or are bright blue shiny points high up in inaccessible areas that can be shot down with the Arrow Legion. Items that enemies drop do not count towards this.
Finders Keepers Lv. 2	Find all 152 Dropped Items.
Excavator Lv. 1	Dig up a Buried Item with the Beast Legion.	There are a lot of items that the Beast Legion can dig up, but these are twenty-three very specific items that are indicated in each File's Collection section in the guide.
Excavator Lv. 2	Dig up all 23 Buried Items with the Beast Legion.
Red Matter Reducer	Clean up 1000 chunks of Red Matter.
Red Matter Remover: File 01	Clean up 80% of the File's Red Matter.	The cleanup must be done on a single run-through of the File. Be aware that some Files, particularly File 09, have a rather small amount of Red Matter, and mostly in side areas. Still, if you're committing to fully exploring the areas, these milestones shouldn't be too difficult to hit.
Red Matter Remover: File 02	Clean up 80% of the File's Red Matter.
Red Matter Remover: File 03	Clean up 80% of the File's Red Matter.
Red Matter Remover: File 04	Clean up 80% of the File's Red Matter.
Red Matter Remover: File 05	Clean up 80% of the File's Red Matter.
Red Matter Remover: File 06	Clean up 80% of the File's Red Matter.
Red Matter Remover: File 07	Clean up 80% of the File's Red Matter.
Red Matter Remover: File 08	Clean up 80% of the File's Red Matter.
Red Matter Remover: File 09	Clean up 80% of the File's Red Matter.
Red Matter Remover: File 10	Clean up 80% of the File's Red Matter.

Neat Freak	Clean up 80% of all Files' Red Matter.	More specifically get the previous eleven Orders. The game doesn't track global Red Matter cleanup.
Slime Splatter: File 02	Find and defeat the rare Slime Chimera.	All Slimes are listed here. Apart from the first File, each File has a Slime Chimera that appears when a certain area is entered. Chase and defeat the Slime to earn each Order. Once you defeat the Slime, it will not appear there again.
Slime Splatter: File 03	Find and defeat the rare Slime Chimera.
Slime Splatter: File 04	Find and defeat the rare Slime Chimera.
Slime Splatter: File 05	Find and defeat the rare Slime Chimera.
Slime Splatter: File 06	Find and defeat the rare Slime Chimera.
Slime Splatter: File 07	Find and defeat the rare Slime Chimera.
Slime Splatter: File 08	Find and defeat the rare Slime Chimera.
Slime Splatter: File 09	Find and defeat the rare Slime Chimera.
Slime Splatter: File 10	Find and defeat the rare Slime Chimera.
Slime Splatter: File 11	Find and defeat the rare Slime Chimera.
Slime Slayer	Find and defeat all rare Slime Chimeras.
Know Your Enemy Lv. 1	Register an entry in the Subject Logs.	You must take a picture of each entry that appears in the Subject Logs, aka the Enemy Database. Yes, every time you see some new enemy, your first instinct should be to get a good shot. Go to that section for more info on how to find them. Once you hit each milestone, speak to Richard next to the Legatus Terminal in the Command Room and he'll give you an additional reward.
Know Your Enemy Lv. 2	Register 30 entries in the Subject Logs.
Know Your Enemy Lv. 3	Register 80 entries in the Subject Logs.
Know Your Enemy Lv. 4	Register all 167 entries in the Subject Logs.
People Watcher	Register 20 entries in the Persons of Interest database.	Take a picture of every major character in the game. See the Persons of Interest section for more info.
It's Who You Know	Register all 43 entries in the Persons of Interest database.
Ark Tourist	Register all 28 entries in the Archives.	Take a picture of the specified locations. See the Archives section for more info.
Blueshifter Lv. 1	Blueshift a civilian.	Remember that only the Sword Legion can blueshift. Find the civilians in populated parts of the game with red coming off them, bring the Sword Legion close, then hold ZL and A for several seconds to fix them.
Blueshifter Lv. 2	Blueshift 10 civilians.
Blueshifter Lv. 3	Blueshift 30 civilians.
Retirement Fund Lv. 1	Collect 10,000 G.	Don't forget to sell your Salvage Items!
Retirement Fund Lv. 2	Collect 100,000 G.
Retirement Fund Lv. 3	Collect 500,000 G.
Gene Code Glutton Lv. 1	Collect 1,000 Gene Codes.
Gene Code Glutton Lv. 1	Collect 10,000 Gene Codes.
Gene Code Glutton Lv. 1	Collect 100,000 Gene Codes.
Hard Worker	Earn 100,000 Duty Points.
Model Officer	Earn 500,000 Duty Points.
Long Arm of the Law	Earn 2,000,000 Duty Points.
Ark Beautification Society	Throw away 10 Empty Cans.	Your first trip to Harmony Square is fine for this. There are several cans scattered throughout and plenty of receptacles to drop them in.
Feline Friend: File 01	Adopt the cat in this File.	All Cats are listed here. In each File (and in four Cases in the post game) are a hidden cat that you can approach and adopt.
Feline Friend: File 02	Adopt the cat in this File.
Feline Friend: File 03	Adopt the cat in this File.
Feline Friend: File 04	Adopt the cat in this File.
Feline Friend: File 05	Adopt the cat in this File.

Precious Memories	Fill the photo album.	Simply take thirty-six pictures and don't delete any. You get this once the album is at capacity.

Duty Calls	Complete all 71 of Olive's Cases.
