Chapter 1 - Rush
Red Case #1 - Hot Pursuit
If enemies are on the screen, lean on the fire button and don't let up. "Not a Scratch" is not necessary for this, but it certainly helps. You're dealing with a bunch of Filthwings, the fire-dropping van, and the truck with all the Abs on it, not to mention all the abandoned cars. Don't forget that you can press B to basically become intangible to collisions. It might take a few tries to get familiar with the pattern. Just make sure don't collide with anything to get Defensive Driver. There's little to whittle down in time here.
Chapter 2 - Forecast
Blue Case #1 - Highway Rescue
Required by the Story
Red Case #2 - Aberration Assault
Since you won't have Legions, they didn't bother making this too difficult to get, and it is just Aberrations. If you're having trouble come back when you've got the Gladius unlocked.
Red Case #3 - Fighting Back
Once you have the full moveset with Sync Attacks (and maybe a couple more Legions), this becomes easier. You have Infantry, Aberrations, and Claws to beat here. The Laius is faced alone, so it shouldn't be a problem.
