I am working on the angel providence riddle how high of a mining bomb quilty does it need to break the stone that is holding the fairy stone I have tried up to 65 and they still have not been destroyed.

You need the effects not quality. I think you have to max out the fire section for that.

I'm stuck here. How do you get a mining bomb maxed out for fire? I've gotten it so close but I'm missing like literally one fire.
