Does anybody think that they'll let people get DLC for free by doing character challenges?

  1. I'm gonna get Super Smash Bros. Ultimate soon, and one of the things I was REALLY looking forward to getting Sephiroth for free by doing the Sephiroth Challenge, but that was a long time ago now. And no, it's not because I'm a cheapskate, I just don't have a Nintendo Account. (I'm not allowed to have one in case you're wondering) So does anybody think they'll do those "challenges" with future DLC fighters?

  3. Lol, you got it wrong. You didn't get sephiroth for free. The challenge just allowed you to unlock him a week earlier

Accepted Answer

  1. I highly doubt it
Knowing Nintendo they're gonna want to get their money's worth

At best they might give you a free trial with the character or something similar to that

  1. You had to buy Sephiroth, the challenge let you unlock him early, not for free.

  2. I don't think so. Sephiroth's challenge was a one-timer.
