I need some Pure Elder Dragon Blood to level up my Valstrax Dual Blades, and I really don't wanna have to farm Kushala Daora or Amatsu. So, how do I unlock the Village Chameleos quest?MagalaSlayer201 - 3 weeks ago

As far as I know, the only criteria needed is to be at HR 9.
Also it is a villager request from one of the dundorma guards at Kokoto village, so you may need to move to a different zone and come back in order to let him spawn.
Also keep in mind that advanced quests don't always appear in the quest selection board. You may have already completed the quest and will have to wait for it to reappear.

Well, it's nice to know the criteria. However, right now, I'm at HR 3, and I've beaten Valstrax and unlocked 10 Star quests.
