Can you go over 100 percent spell recovery rate?

  1. Through items and shrines I have manage on a couple of runs to get my characters close to 100% spell recovery rate. After some testing it seems at 100%, spell cooldowns are cut in half. Is it possible to get to 200%? And will spells be instant cast or 1/4 cool down time

  1. I believe you can keep stacking. I normally stack them all on my Rogue as she already has a 25% spell recovery rate on her weapon. I believe I have gotten 150-200%. When you have a good spell in her third slot you can buff the whole team over and over. Lots of fun.
