I don't know the exact exp needed on the lvs but Grats on being lv 95+. If you're not somewhere between lv 95 and lv 98, then it's not normal.

At Lv 90 roughly 5.5mil to the next lv, lv 93 roughly 10.2mil, lv 96 roughly 21.3 mil been using the dragons balls and selecting "I want to grow more" to speed up the lving process.
