  1. White horse has more spurs, this makes it basically more fast than all other horses except a certain type that has almost max stats.

The giant horse is stronger and won't stop for anything, it'll run over everything in its path and not slow. It's basically just for combat.

  1. The giant horse is only recommended if you like its aesthetics or like doing horseback melee combat often.

The white horse is outclassed by all of the highest-level wild horses. See the horse guide:

If you have the Expansion, then the giant horse and Epona are the only horses that can't be equipped with the Ancient set which increases horses' stamina and allows them to teleport.

  1. White horse for certain. Giant horse sucks they pretend it has unlimited stamina but really it just has a slightly fast trot and no spurs. White horse is the best. I love mine. Although if you want a super fast horse, green ones with white down their nose and white manes are often very good.

  2. The giant horse's "slightly fast trot" is a canter that's nearly as fast as the white horse's gallop (spur), it's better than you think. And as you noted, the white horse is outclassed by other wild horses. Your note about horse color makes no sense, being green for example has no effect on stats. Generally bad advice.
