                    T Y P E S  O F  B O N U S  S T A G E S
============================================================================
1) Beat Them All Bonus Stage-Defeat all the enemies in this bonus stage to
get a Kremkoin, you will lose if you are hit, fall down a hole, or when the
time runs out.

2) Collect The Stars-Collect all of the stars in this bonus stage, to get a
Kremkoin.  You will lose if you fall down a hole, if the time runs out, or
if you are hit.

3) Find The Token-In this bonus stage, work your way up to the token and
grab it before the times runs out.   You will lose if you fall down a hole,
if the time runs out, or if you are hit.

There are different kinds of bonus stages (different in the way you get
into them) some have barrels with a "B" and an explosion design on them
when you enter those barrels you will get blasted into the bonus stage,
and others you have to carry a cannonball with you until you get to a Cannon
and then throw the cannonball into the Cannon and jump into the cannon to
get blasted into thosae bonus stages.  I'll tell you if you need to find a
cannonball and carry it with you that way you'll know....almost all of the
cannonballs are out in the open.  If they aren't I'll tell you how to find
them.

                     H E R O  C O I N  G U I D E
============================================================================
What are Hero Coins???
Hero Coins are coins that have a big "DK" on them.  Collect them to prove
your Video Game Hero status to Cranky Kong.  They can be difficult to find.
There are 40 in all.  You will know if you find a Hero Coin in a stage if
there is a "DK" logo next to the name of the stage on the map screen.

                     G A N G P L A N K  G A L L E O N

Pirate Panic
Hero Coin #1: Before you get to the golden letter "G" you will see a
vertical row of bananas, get on top of the 2 barrels to the left of the
row and jump off the barrels to reach the Hero Coin, alternatively you can
use the Team Throw...press A then jump & press Y and Up on the control pad
under the vertical row of bananas...you will need both Diddy and Dixie to
pull that method off.

Mainbrace Mayhem
Hero Coin #2: While on the ropes that have the golden letter "G" at the
bottom of them go to the upper left corner of the vertical ropes, then jump
press Y while in mid-air to execute Dixie's helicopter spin.  You will
land on a platform, use the team throw at the very left edge of the screen
to reach a bonus stage barrel.  When you exit the bonus stage, go to the
right and jump and helicopter spin over to the hero coin.  Jump straight
down from here to get to the exit.  (When I say helicopter spin you need
Dixie to do it ok?)

Gangplank Galley
Hero Coin #3: At the start climb up using the barrels, get on the one with
3 barrels stacked on top of one another.  Jump off of the edge of this
platform and helicopter spin to the right & jump along using the hooks for
the Hero Coin.

Lockjaw's Locker
Hero Coin #4: When you reach the sign (no enguarde) that has a fish crossed
out, team up (press A), jump and while in mid-air throw your partner up and
to the left you should land on a platform go to the left to get the Hero
Coin.  If it didn't work go to the very left edge of the barrels and try
again.

Topsail Trouble
Hero Coin #5: When you get to the exit, go back on the rope you were on.
Til you get past 2 bees hovering right on the rope then stop and go to the
very end of this rope and move over to the vertical rope right next to you.
Now jump off and press and hold Y while in mid-air to helicopter spin over
to the Hero Coin.

Hot-Head Hop
Hero Coin #6: As soon as you get Squitter in this stage (the Spider friend
you free from a crate) go forward a bit and you should see some bananas
arranged in a "Y" formation.  Start making web platforms (press A while
holding up then press A again to open up the platform and jump on it) use
the web platforms to go up the way the Y formation opens up toward the
cieleing and after some jumping you'll come to a cluster of bananas and the
Hero Coin.

Kannon's Klaim
Hero Coin #7: This one is weird (why?  You'll find out!).  At the start go
to the right edge of the platform you are on and jump and helicopter spin
over to a Bonus Stage Barrel get into it.  At the very start of the bonus
stage go to the right edge of the platform you are first standing on, and
jump and hjelicopter spin to the right, you will land on a platform.  Get
the Hero Coin there.  Strange being hidden in a bonus stage, isn't it??

Lava Lagoon
Hero Coin #8: When you get to when you see the seal the 7th time, go down
from where he is you will go thru some crates.  Break the Exclamation
barrel there to become invincible.  Follow the trail of bananas to the
to the right off the screen to get the Hero Coin.

Red-Hot Ride
Hero Coin #9: This one's easy to spot...for me anyway.  When you see the
Golden Letter "N" in this stage, jump for it.  You will lose one teammate
hold the jump button when you do and you'll grab the Hero Coin that is
above the Golden Letter "N".

Squawk's Shaft
Hero Coin #10: When you fly up & by (hopefully you have Squawks the parrot
with you) the 2 platforms that are side by side, 1 across from another one.
Fly up and to the right you will come to the Hero Coin and a Bonus Stage
Barrel.

Barrel Bayou
Hero Coin #12: Get Rambi and take him past the "No Rambi" sign (the sign
with Rambi's head crossed out) he will change into the Hero Coin when he
goes past the sign.

Glimmer's Galleon
Hero Coin #13: From where you start go straight up, you'll see an entrance
to a bonus stage here but ignore that.  Instead go directly above the
entrance (the upper right corner) and to the right, you will pass thru some
crates, in this new room go to the upper right corner and go up thru some
crates, in this new room you will see the Hero Coin.

Krockhead Klamber
Hero Coin #14: Grab the DK barrel near the starting point then run back to
the left and use the barrel to defeat 1 bee.  Then keep going left until you
find 4 more in formation.  Use the team throw (press Up & Left as you throw)
to get past them and you'll come to a chest...take it and defeat all of the
remaining bees with it....until it blows up and reveals the Hero Coin.

Rattle Battle
Hero Coin #15: Right after the gap that has the golden letter "O" over it
there is another gap.  Jump into the taller side of the gap (yes jump into
the taller side) and you'll find the Hero Coin.

Slime Climb
Hero Coin #16: Right after you see the Cannon in this stage, continue until
you see a barrel with an Exclamation (!) point on it, break it and walk off
of the platform you are on, swim to the right and then dive down deeper when
you see the exit, after a short descent you'll come to the Hero Coin.

Bramble Blast
Hero Coin #17: Right after you get Squawks the parrot in this stage, go to
the left and when you start to go up look for a gap in the left side of the
brambles enter it and go left a bit more, you'll see the Hero Coin here. You
will go up right after the 1st DK barrel you see after getting Squawks.
Towards the end of the stage you will be blasted to the right and you will
land on a dragonfly as soon as you hit it pull back to the left, you should
either land into an arrow barrel, or hit the thorns if you pulled back to
far.  Either way get into the arrow barrel and blast up to get Squawks.

                      K R A Z Y  K R E M L A N D

Hornet Hole
Hero Coin #19: Right before the halfway point marker there is a coin with
a bunch of bananas on it collect it and then go to the left a bit.  Now
use the team throw right when you are next to a small column of rock
hanging from the cieling you should hit an invisisble hook.  Now jump up
against the side of the column to land in some goo.  Now continue to jump
up until you get Squitter the Spider.   Right after you get Squitter go to
where you see the golden letter "N".  Now go back to the left a bit and you
should see a gap.  Drop into it, go to the left where all the bananas are
and start making web platforms going up until you reach the Hero Coin.

Target Terror
Hero Coin #20: After the golden letter "N" you will go thru one gate after
that gate, watch for a wooded cover over the track jump up into the center
of the wooded cover and you will get the Hero Coin.

Bramble Scramble
Hero Coin #21: As soon as you get to the halfway point marker (the barrel
with the stars on it.  Jump thru the thorns to your right, now do a
cartwheel jump (roll of off a edge and press the jump button) and a
helicopter spin to release Squitter.  Now start making web platforms up
to those 2 coins with the bunch of bananas on them (Banana Coins).  Line
yourself up with those 2 coins and start making web platforms to the left,
see the banana in the thorns?, go thru the part of the thorns that has the
banana in it by creating web platforms one right after another.  You'll
find the Hero Coin once you get thru the thorns.

Rickety Race
Hero Coin #22: As soon as you hop into the cart, hold left on the control
pad to go back a bit and you'll get a speed boost.  Now get into 1st
place to win the Hero Coin.  In order to get into first place you must
kill the other Lizards riding the other carts or jump over them.  There
are 10 lizards riding carts, defeat or get past all 10 to win the Hero
Coin.

Mudhole Marsh
Hero Coin #23: Don't defeat the Crocodile firing barrels just before the
exit!  Use the hook to jump over him.  Now run to the goal.  Bounce off of
a barrel he is firing to land on the target, time it right and you will win
the Hero Coin!

Rambi Rumble
Hero Coin #24: There's an invisible hook above the door way just past the
halfway point marker (the barrel with the stars on it).  Jump up and then
jump over the wall with teh door and collect the Hero Coin by jumping up
using the goo.  You can't get this is if you enter the door....you'll become
Rambi inside.

Ghostly Grove
Hero Coin #26: Directly underneath the golden letter "O" there is the Hero
Coin.  Jump off the platform with the golden letter "O" above it and
helicopter spin, when you go down below the platform (with the golden letter
"O" above it) spin over to the left you'll be blasted into the Hero Coin.

Haunted Hall
Hero Coin #27: When you get to the goal marker (the contraption with a
target and a pole) go down next to it and then go directly left of it under
the wooden walkway above, and you'll get the Hero Coin under the wooden
walkway.

Gusty Glade
Hero Coin #28: After you blast thru the 3 barrels over a gap, you will land
at teh top of a hill.  Jump and helicopter spin off of the top continue
to spin to the right and you will come across the Hero Coin at the top of
another gap.  Drop down and die to get it or fight the wind to get it.
You can also use the team throw at teh bottom of the hill if you want, but
its harder to do.

Parrot Chute Panic
Hero Coin #29: Right at the Start of the stage, jump and helicopter spin
down (ignore Squawks the parrot) press against the left wall as you
helicopter spin, and you will land in an alcove that contains the Hero Coin.

Web Woods
Hero Coin #30: This one is just like the one in Mudhole Marsh.  At the very
end of teh stage there is a Goal marker.  Jump into the barrel above it and
blast out of the barrel at the right time to win the Hero Coin.

                         K .  R O O L ' S  K E E P
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Arctic Abyss
Hero Coin #32: Right after you reach the halfway point marker (the barrel
with the stars on it) go down and then go to the left past the DK barrel.
Then go up the vertical passage.  At the top of the vertical passage press
and hold A to charge up Enguarde's SuperStab, then release A and don't press
anything else.  When the water recedes you should be on a platform of ice,
then just constantly use Enguarde's SuperStab to make it over to the RIGHT
(sheesh! have to tell ya that!) edge of the ice platform that is where the
Hero Coin is located.

Windy Well
Hero Coin #33: Right after the halfway point marker (the barrel with the
stars on it) there is a platform that has a string of bananas on top of it,
above there is a DK barrel to the left of 2 hook throwing lizards let
yourself be carried up to the platform above the DK barrel, cartwheel jump
off the right edge of the platform you are on and hold right and down on
the controller to make it over to the Hero Coin, which is past 3 bees, BTW.

Castle Crush
Hero Coin #34: Right after the halfway point marker (the barrel with the
stars on it), there is a DK barrel, as soon as you touch it run to the left
and thru the left wall to get Squawks the parrot.  Now fly up with Squawks
madly, until you come to the "No Squawks" sign.  Go to the right as far as
you can from the sign and drop down grabbing the golden letter "N" on your
way, and continue to drop down thru 3 bananas and then drop down a little
more until you hit the castle floor and you should be able to see the Hero
Coin if not, go to the left a bit to grab it.

Clapper's Cavern
Hero Coin #35: Its nesscessary for me to tell you the 1st Bonus Stage in
this level in order to get the Hero Coin so.....Right at the start of the
stage do a team throw up and to the right.  You will land on an upper path.
Follow this upper path to an entrance on a wall, enter that entrance.  When
you exit the bonus stage

Chain Link Chamber
Hero Coin #36: When you are going up 2 chains with 2 cannonballs one being
being fired down one of the ropes, then the 2nd being fired down the other.
Look for a banana in between the 2 chains when you see the banana jump at
the right wall, you'll go thru it, you'll get first the golden letter "N".
Then jump up again against the right wall (in the small square section
where the golden letter "N" is) and you'll go thru a second wall go to the
right and you'll find the Hero Coin.

Toxic Tower
Hero Coin #37: When you get to the 5 thin tall columns with the letter A
formed in bananas in the bottom of the 2nd one, go up until you see a bee
in a gap after the last thin tall column, jump on the bee to kill it and
drop down into the gap it was guarding pressing against the right wall,
you'll fall down into an alcove with the Hero Coin, and a blast barrel with
an arrow on it just to the left of you.

Screech's Sprint
Hero Coin #39: When you are racing against Screech (who is another parrot,
but he is brownish red).  When you start to go down in the race circuit
and you see an arrow of bananas pointing down, go to the right at the top
of the descent instead, enter the hole in the brambles there, go right go
down a bit past the DK barrel and then go to the left (ignoring the opening
thru the brambles to the bottom that leads to 2 blast barrels) go up a bit
thru another gap in the brambles and go to the right a bit to get the Hero
Coin.

                    B O N U S  S T A G E  G U I D E

About the bonus stages:
Unlike the 1st DKC where you went thru a bonus stage just to get some
bananas, lives, or a golden letter or token; in DKC 2 you have to complete
the Bonus Stages to get credit for them and you will get a Kremkoin (which
is used to pay the toll at Klubba's Kiosk) at the end of each bonus stage.
There are three types of bonus stages:  Collect The Stars, Find The Token,
and Beat Them All.  In "Collect The Stars" you have to collect a set number
of stars before the time runs out in order to get the Kremkoin.  In "Find
The Token" you ahve to make your way up to the Kremkoin in the alloted time.
In "Beat Them All" you ahve to defeat all the enemies in that bonus stage
for the Kremkoin to appear.
Bonus Barrels are the barrels that have a "B" and an explosoin on them.

#1 Pirate Panic (2 Bonus Stages)
#1a: When you see the golden letter "N" go back to the left a bit and fall
down the first gap in the deck you see, you will land on solid ground.  Go
to the right (following the bananas into the wall) into the right wall and
keep going to find this bonus stage.

#1b: Get Rambi in this stage, when you see a arrow of bananas pointing back
to the left, drop down from the barrels and go to the left.  See that lone
banana next to the left wall there, instant red light that the left wall
conceals an entrance to a bonus stage.  Press and hold A and release to
do a Rambi Super Charge and break thru the wall and into the bonus stage.

#2 Mainbrace Mayhem (3 Bonus Stages)
#2a: Cartwheel jump or helicopter spin off of the right edge of the platform
you start this stage out on, to grab ahold of some ropes, use the ropes and
go to the right, jump into the bonus barrel there.

#2b: Carry the cannonball up the rigging until you find a cannon.  Throw the
cannonball into the cannon and jump into the cannon or walk into it to
get blasted into this bonus stage.

#2c: Go to the exit marker's bullseye but don't jump on it.  Go back to the
left end of the horizontal rope you were just on, and jump and helicopter
spin over to the left you will land on a ledge, do a throw your teammate
up to get into the bonus barrel (do a team throw while pressing Up on the
control pad).

#3 Gangplank Galley (2 Bonus Stages)
#3a: Right at the start of this stage climb up the big barrels and up to a
bonus barrel jump in it to get to this bonus stage.

#3b: As soon as you break the Exclamation (invincibility barrel) run to the
right until you come to another group of stacked barrels.  Climb up by
jumping from stack to stack, the bonus barrel is above the highest stack.
It is easier to do when you are invincible.

#4 Lockjaw's Locker (1 Bonus Stage)
#4a: First find Enguarde....from the start of the stage keep yourself down
against the bottom of the stage you'll come across one secret passage with
2 banana coins in it, after exiting that secret passage keep yourself on
the bottom and go forward you'll fall down a hole in the floor and you'll
find the Enguarde crate, swim over to the crate to get Enguarde.  Go up away
from where you got Enguarde and go forward a bit....you'll see 3 bananas in
a vertical line, go straight up when lined up with those bananas to enter
another secret passage (this one is a room though) see the lone banana
against the wall there???  Press and hold A to charge up the SuperStab and
then release while aiming at that lone banana to enter this bonus stage.

#5 Topsail Trouble (2 Bonus Stages)
#5a: Look for a hook on the left while going up on a mast.  When you get to
the top of the mast press and hold A to charge Rattly's Super Jump and
release to land on a platform above you, and jump into the Bonus Barrel
above you.

#5b: When you are crossing a long horizontal rope and you see 2 dragonflys
above you, jump and bounce off of the 2 dragonflys while jumping to the left
to land into this Bonus Barrel.

                  C R O C O D I L E  C A U L D R O N

#1 Hot-Head Hop (3 Bonus Stages)
#1a: Just below the golden letter "O" you'll find a crate, samsh the crate
for the cannonball, continuye on until you find the cannon and throw the
cannonball into the cannon, then jump into the cannon to get blasted into
this bonus stage.

#1b: After the Crocodile head that has the golden letter "N" above it you'll
come to 2 more Crocodile heads with a bee in between them, right after
getting past them start making web platforms (press Up & A at the same time
and press A again to set the platform) that go up (follow the pairs of
bananas) eventually you'll find a Bonus Barrel.
---
#1c: Right after the golden letter "G" you'll come to 2 blast barrels,
jump into the first one.  When you land start making web platforms that go
up and you'll land into the Bonus Barrel.

#2 Kannon's Klaim (3 Bonus Stages)
#2a: Helicopter spin off of the right edge of the platform you start this
stage out on, to float your way over to the Bonus Barrel.

#2b: After the first set of barrels with arrows on them AFTER the halfway
point marker (the barrel with the stars on it) you'll land on a platform
with a TNT barrel on it, use it to kill the bee to the right, and jump in
the barrel past it that points up.  When you land team up and jump off of
the left edge of the platform and throw your partner up and to the left
at the peak of your jump to land in the Bonus Barrel.

#2c: When you get to the exit marker don't activate it, instead drop off of
the right edge of the platform before the exit marker to fall down into a
Bonus Barrel.

#3 Lava Lagoon (1 Bonus Stage)
#3a: As soon as you pass the "No Enguarde" sign you'll come to a wall with
a lone banana next to it right above the wall is a barrel, take the barrel
and throw it against the wall with the lone banana next to it to find the
entrance to this bonus stage.

#4 Red-Hot Ride (2 Bonus Stages)
#4a: Once you get past the circuit of balloons after getting Rambi The
Rhino.  You'll come to a wall when you first put your feet on solid ground.
Press and hold A and charge up Rambi's Super Charge and release to break
open the wall and open up the entrance to this bonus stage.

#4b: Right below the halfway point marker (the barrel with the stars on it)
there is a Bonus Barrel, go to the right edge off the platform with the
halfway point marker, jump off and helicopter spin and go to the left under
the platform with the halfway point marker directly above you and drop to
find this Bonus Barrel.

#5 Squawk's Shaft (3 Bonus Stages)
#5a: After blasting out of the 2nd barrel in the stage, go up onto the
longest platform, and helicopter spin off the right edge of it, you'll land
in another barrel shoot over the bee and then shoot to the right to land in
the bonus barrel.

#5b: Right after getting Squawks The Parrot in this stage go to the left
off of the platform where the crate was and go down you'll see the Bonus
Barrel along your descent.

#5c: When you start to fly by a set of 4 platforms which are arranged like
this:

          ------------->Fly to the right here

Fly over to the right in between the right 2 platforms (as illustrated in
the picture), and then when the above platform ends, fly straight up and
you'll see a Bonus Barrel along your flight upwards.

#1 Barrel Bayou (2 Bonus Stages)
#1a: This one is in a cannon to fidn teh cannon ball go past the cannon
when you see it and go forward until you see a lizard throwing things,
watch him throw things and then follow him as he glides back to the left,
he will throw the chest which contains a cannon ball throw it at the lizard
to find teh cannonball.  Throw the cannonball into the cannon then jump into
the cannon to be blasted into this bonus stage.

#1b: Right after the golden letter "G", you'll land on solid ground after
being blasted out of that barrel with an arrow pointed on the side of it.
Team up, jump and throw your teammate up in the center of this platform
to enter this Bonus Barrel.

#2 Glimmer's Galleon (2 Bonus Stages)
#2a: Right when you start this stage out, go to the right and Glimmer
(he lights the way up) will show up, now go back to where you started this
level and go straight up and when you see a new room enter the hole in the
wall there to enter this bonus stage.

#2b: Find the golden letter "N" its at the very top of the stage when you
do, go back to the elft until you see an arrow of bananas pointing to
the right.  When you see the arrow drop down and then go to the right and
stay against the bottom as you go right and you'll drop down again, enter
the hole in the wall here to enter this bonus stage.

#3 Krockhead Klamber (1 Bonus Stage)
#3a: When you see an arrow of bananas pointing up, jump up and throw your
teammate up (where the arrow points up of course) and you'll land into an
off-screen Bonus Barrel.  (Use the team throw).

#4 Rattle Battle (3 Bonus Stages)
#4a: RIGHT when you start out this stage team up and jump up and throw
your partner up you'll land into a blast barrel.  When you land from the
blast barrel's blast you'll see a Bonus Barrel, use one more upwards team
throw to get into it.

#4b: After the 2nd DK barrel in this stage, jump over the gap and go to the
right, when you see a gap in the deck your on, fall into it, go to the
left underneath the deck to find this Bonus Barrel.  Thought it was a jump
into oblivion eh?

#4c: When you see an arrow of bananas pointing up, jump on the barrel below
it then press and hold the A button to charge up Rattly The Snake's Super
Jump, release the A button to jump up high into teh air and into the off-
screen Bonus Barrel.

#5 Slime Climb (2 Bonus Stages)
#5a: Collect the barrel with the Exclamation Point (!) on it just past the
halfway marker (the barrel witht the stars on it), then go to the left and
drop down into the slime and swim down to the Bonus Barrel.  The Bonus
Barrel is right below where the Exclamation Point barrel is, and the
Exclamation Point barrel is called the Invisibility Barrel, coz it gives

#6 Bramble Blast (2 Bonus Stages)
#6a: In the 5th group of barrels there is a Bonus Barrel in the lower left
corner of the group of barrels, make your way to the lower left corner and
look for a banana in the lower left corner of your screen and blast to it
to get inside the Bonus Barrel.  BTW, the 5th group of barrels is the first
group to have a lot of arrow barrels with the regular barrels (the barrels
with the arrows on the side of them are called arrow barrels from now on).

#6b: As soon as you get Squawks The Parrot, Go to the left and then go
up and go to the right past a bees and you'll find 2 banana bunches along
the way.  Then go down thru the tight space after the 2 banana bunches and
you'll be blasted into a Bonus Barrel.  Towards the end of the stage you
will blasted to the right and you will land on a dragonfly as soon as you
hit it pull back to the left, you should either land into an arrow barrel,
or hit the thorns if you pulled back to far.  Either way get into the arrow
barrel there and blast up to get Squawks.

#1 Hornet Hole (3 Bonus Stages)
#1a: Right when you start this stage look at the very top of the screen you
should be able to see the bottom of a hook use a team throw to get to it,
and then jump to the left and land in the sticky stuff on the wall.  Jump
up the wall using the sticky stuff, when you make it to solid ground go to
the left and jump up the left wall usin gthe stick stuff, at the top of the
wall jump onto the hook to the right and jump to another hook, and jump to
a final hook to the right, and then drop straight down, go to the right and
enter the hole there to enter this bonus stage.

#1b: Right below the previous bonus stage entrance is the entrance to this
bonus stage.

#1c: Use the team throw right before the halfway point marker to find a
hook jump on the left wall to land in sticky stuff and make your way up
to find Squitter The Spider.  When you find the golden letter "N", make
your way up the vertical shaft above it then go to the left a bit until
you see pairs of bananas going up and to the right.  Use web platforms
going to the upper right following the pairs of bananas to make it to the
entrance of this bonus stage.

#2 Target Terror (2 Bonus Stages)
#2a: After the 4th gate, you will go down a steep hill then go up a small
hill, be ready to jump when you start to go down that small hill to enter
a Bonus Barrel.

#2b: Follow the second lizard in the cart as he falls off the track instead
of falling into oblivion you will land on a lower track, at the end of the
lower track is the entrance to this bonus stage.

#3 Bramble Scramble (1 Bonus Stage)
#3a: Right after you go up the 1st verical vine and jump off of it you will
see an invincibility barrel in the upper left corner of the thorns, use a
team throw to break it then run to the right dropping down into a gap and
then run to the right on the thorns and make it to the blast barrel before
your invincibilty runs out, then use the blast barrel and blast up to the
Bonus Barrel above.

#4 Rickety Race (1 Bonus Stage)
#4a: Right when you start this stage out, look at the tower to the left it
has platforms in it.  Get to the top of the tower by using team throws, and
then helicopter spin over to the hard right at the top of the tower to make
it into this bonus stage.

#5 Mudhole Marsh (2 Bonus Stages)
#5a: On the section of solid ground (I am not talking about barrels in the
swamp) right before the halfway point marker (the barrel with the stars on
it) there is a Bonus Barrel up above the center of that section of solid
ground...team up, jump up and throw your partner upwards to enter this Bonus
Barrel.

#5b: After you pass the banana coin(s) that are in between to 2 rows of
bananas at the top of the screen, you should find a cannon ball on the next
platform go forward holding the cannonball in front of you as a shield until
you see the cannon.  Throw the cannonball into the cannon and then jump into
the cannon to get blasted into this bonus stage.

#6 Rambi Rumble (2 Bonus Stages)
#6a: When you see teh golden letter "O", cartwheel jump off of the left
edge of the platform you are on and then helicopter spin to the left, you
should land on a sticky wall, jump up and to the left onto the other sticky
wall above you (a difficult jump to make I know) and then jump up some more
on this sticky wall to find the entrance to this bonus stage.

#6b: As Rambi The Rhino when you see teh "No Rambi" sign (A rhino head
crossed out) DON'T go past it instead go back to the left and drop down and
Super Charge into the wall to the right of you to enter this bonus stage.
You'd better be quick about it you have a big mean looking Bee on your tail
and he stops agaisnt the wall that contains the entrance to this bonus
stage.

#1 Ghostly Grove (2 Bonus Stages)
#1a: After the golden letter "O" you should come to another dissapearing
ghostly rope over a gap, jump over the gap using the rope and pick up the
barrel on the new platform, face right and throw the barrel up.  It will
roll slowly follow it to the left and it will open up the entrance to this
bonus stage when it hits the wall.

#1b: Right after the golden letter "N" (the letter "N" is in a chest break
it open to find it) you'll come to 2 faster-than-hell dissapearing ghost
ropes.  Jump on the first as soon as they appear thn quickly jump onto the
second rope and then finally jump to the right once more to enter the
Bonus Barrel.  You won't make it up these 2 ropes unless you jump on the
1st as soon as you hear the sound signifying its appearing, then jump
quickly to the right twice.

#2 Haunted Hall (3 Bonus Stages)
#2a & #2b: After the 2nd gate, jump up when the track starts to go down a
hill you land on another track, when you see an entrance leading to a bonus
stage jump up BEFORE you enter it and you will land on the wooden platform
above and you will roll to the right into the entrance of bonus stage #2a.
When you exit #2a, you will roll backwards off of the wooden platform and
when you hit the track you will roll forward into the entrance of bonus
stage #2b.  Not a bad 2-in-1 deal.

#2c: Pass thru the first gate after the golden letter "N", when the track
you are on ends, make a small hop as soon as you start to fall off of the
track to land on a lower track leading to the entrance of this bonus stage.
The trick here is to time your jump right, if you don't make it onto the
lower track kill yourself and try again.

#3 Gusty Glade (2 Bonus Stages)
#3a: As soon as you see the "No Rattly" sign, go back to the left a bit and
look for the 2 bananas up above in a vertical row.  Line yourself up with
the 2 bananas and press and hold A and release it to execute Rattly's Super
Jump to enter this Bonus Barrel.

#3b: Look for a pair of machette-weilding lizards guarding 2 chests.  The
cannonball you need for this next bonus stage is in the upper chest.  Break
the upper chest by throwing it at one of the lizards.  Then take the
cannonball to the right, and throw it in the cannon you'll come across, then
jump into the cannon to get blasted into this bonus stage.

#4 Parrot Chute Panic (2 Bonus Stages)
#4a: When you pass 3 bees in a row on your way down a shaft, go past the
bees then pull hard to the left, to flap over to the entrance to this bonus
stage.

#4b: When you see the golden letter "N", get back up onto the platform to
your left, and use the sticky stuff on the wall there to scale the wall
by jumping up on the sticky stuff, and then when you are at the top jump
and helicopter spin to the right to find the entrance to this bonus stage.

#5 Web Woods (2 Bonus Stages)
#5a: Make a note of the arrow of bananas pointing back to the left you will
see when crossing over a gap with your web platforms, when you get to the
other side you will come across a lizard firing cannonballs, DON'T_DEFEAT_
HIM, wait until he fires a slow-moving cannonball then follow it back to
the left (get over the gap by using your web platforms) over the gap and
onto the other side, when it hits the wall (on the opposite side from the
lizard firing the cannonballs) it will open up the entrance to this bonus
stage.

#5b: When you go down a steep hill, you will se another arrow of bananas
pointing back to the left right at the wall of the hill, go forward and
again don't defeat the lizard firing the cannonballs. Wait for him to fire a
slow-moving cannonball and follow it back to the left when it hits the wall
of the steep hill you went down it wil open up the entrance to this bonus
stage.

#1 Arctic Abyss (2 Bonus Stages)
#1a: Shortly after getting Enguarde The Swordfish you will come to a pair
of floating bananas just below the cavern ceiling.  Turn to the left
wall where they are located and press and hold A and release to amassh thru
to this bonus stage.

#1b: After the golden letter "G", stay at the top of the water, you'll see
a 1-up on a platform above the water, when you see that 1-up go down to the
lower right corner of the submerged area you are in, once there go to the
right thru the wall, and you'll see the bonus stage entrance on the other
side of the fake wall.

#2 Windy Well (2 Bonus Stages)
#2a: After the golden letter "O" you'll come to a platform that has a DK
barrel above it and on the left side of it has a banana coin right above
a Bonus Barrel on the lower platform.  Jump off this platform and float
to the left to the ledge with the Bonus Barrel.

#2b: As soon as you come to the "No Squawks" sign, jump and helicopter spin
to the right a bit until you come to 2 platforms, take the lowest platform
and run to the right to find a Bonus Barrel.  (Watch out for the Machette-
weilding lizard there).

#3 Castle Crush (2 Bonus Stages)
#3a: When you start this stage always try to keep to the left wall, grab
the DK barrel you will see along your way against the left wall, and use
it to kill the Machette-Weilding lizard in the left wall above a bit.  Then
walk into the space where he was to get Rambi The Rhino.  When you see an
arrow of bananas pointing at a wall, press and hold A and then release to
smash thru the wall that the bananas are pointing to to enter this bonus
stage.

#3b: As soon as you get to teh halfway point marker (the barrel with the
stars on it) look for a DK barrel, when you are moving up.  When you see
it run to the left thru the wall, and you'll come to a barrel, jump in it
to transform into Squawks.  If you make it all the way up to where the
"No Squawks" sign is with Squawks then go past the sign and Squawks will
turn into an TNT barrel go to the left a bit to find another arrow of
bananas pointing at a wall, and throw the TNT barrel at that wall to reveal
the entrance to this bonus stage.

#4 Clapper's Cavern (2 Bonus Stages)
#4a: Use and upwards team throw while jumping right at the starting point
to find a hook, when hooked jump up and then jump up and to the right, and
then walk to the right (watching out for the enemies) to find the entrance
to this bonus stage.

#4b: As soon as you get Enguarde, go to the right then go up the vertical
shaft when you see a path leading off to teh left, take that path.  Go
to the very end of the path and face the wall that has the lone banana
next to it, and press and hold A then release to smash thru to this bonus
stage.

#5 Chain Link Chamber (2 Bonus Stages)
#5a: As soon as you are climbing up the second long vetical chain you should
see narrow passage off to you right and left, get into the highest passage
and lure the enemy out, then get the Cannonball there, then jump out of the
passage and press against the right wall to land in another passage, throw
the cannonball at the enemy then pick up the cannonball and throw it into
the cannon and jump into the cannon to get blasted into this bonus stage.

#5b: When you are climbing up 2 ropes and you are getting shot at with
cannonballs, one being shot down the left chain and the other shot down the
right chain alternately, go up all the way on these chains.  Then go to the
right on the horizontal chain as far as you can, then go up a short distance
then jump against the left wall and press against it and you'll find a
hidden passage, run to the left in this hidden passage, defeat teh 2 lizards
who were harrasing you earlier with teh cannonballs and go to the left after
defeating them to enter this bonus stage.

#6 Toxic Tower (1 Bonus Stage)
#6a: Right after you get Squitter the Spider look for a bee halfway up the
right wall kill it, then jump against the right wall in the spot where it
was, you'll find a hidden passage, run to the right and you'll come to a
Bonus Barrel.

#1 Screech's Sprint (1 Bonus Stage)
#1a: When you get to the top of the rope (the on with teh vultures flying at
you while you were on it) jump to the left on this platform, then cartwheel
jump then helicopter spin to the next platform, when on the left edge of
this platform, team up then jump up and throw your partner up and to the
right when he/she is at the peak of the throw and you'll find a cannonball
ont he platform you will land on.  Jump to the next platform to your right
and then throw the cannonball into the cannon, then jump into the cannon
(don't make a jumping mistake here) to get blasted into this bonus stage.

#2 K. Rool Duel (Ok, so there are no bonus stages but....)
In K. Rool Duel you will get the last Kremkoin when you beat K. Rool that
makes for a total of 75 Kremkoins provided you didn't spend any Kremkoins
at any of the Klubba's Kiosks in the game yet.  Just a little note about
the last Kremkoin.....

Why this seperate section?
The Lost World stages only have one bonus stage each and in each of those
bonus stages at the end you will get a Hero Coin (instead of a Kremkoin).
So its kind of a 2 in 1 deal thats the reason behind this seperate section.
In order to enter the Lost World you need to pay the toll at Klubba's
Kiosk, the toll is 15 Kremkoins.  The Kremkoins you can get from bonus
stages (more on that before).  Don't be worried if you come to Klubba's
Kiosk and you don't have enough Kremkoins, just wait until you ahve found
and COMPLETED (for god's sake) all the bonus stages in that area then come
back and pay the toll and enter the Lost World.

Jungle Jinx
Hero Coin #11: As soon as you reach the barrel with the stars on it (the
halfway point marker) go back, past the spikes and jump off the left edge
of the ground you are on and helicopter spin over to this Bonus Stage
Barrel.  Beat Them All Bonus Stage.  Destroy all the bees here to get
the Hero Coin.

Black Ice Battle
Hero Coin #18: Right after a series of small square platforms, after the
halfway point marker, you'll come to a downward slant with 5 bees on it.
when you get to the bottom of the slant fall down and press against the
right wall as you fall, you will land in a crevasse, go to the right past
the 2 bees and get teh chest break it open for the Cannonball.  Now go back
to the left and drop down the rest of the way, go past the 3 bees, and go
down the downward slope...again press against the right wall as you fall.
You will land in another crevasse, use the cannonball to destroy the bees
as you go to the right, and throw the cannonball into the cannon at the end
and jump into it to enter the bonus stage.  Find The Token Bonus Stage.
Find the Hero Coin here by jumping past teh bees on the downward slopes.

Klobber Karnage
Hero Coin #25: Use Diddy to jump into the blast barrel at the end of the
stage, but instead of shooting yourself down at the goal's target, shoot
yourself directly to the right where you see that lone banana to get blasted
into this Bonus Stage.  Beat Them All Bonus Stage.  Break the "!" barrels
that give you invicibility and run across the spikes killing all the enemies
by touching them along the way.  At the end is a Hero Coin.

Fiery Furnace
Hero Coin #31: Just before the exit there is a steerable barrel above the
last blue cat in the stage.  Use the team throw to get up to the steerable
barrel (watch out for the cat) and then follow the trail of bananas while
moving the steerable barrel.  You'll come to a Bonus Stage Barrel, blast out
of the steerable barrel into the Bonus Stage Barrel.  Find The Token Bonus
Stage.  Steer your steerable barrel ever so carefully in this narrow thorny
passages and watch out for the bees buzzing back and forth to, but you'll
have to hurry because you have a set time limit to get the Hero Coin at the
end.

Animal Antics
Hero Coin #38: When you reach the Blast Barrel in Squitter the Spider's
area, don't jump in!  Spin web platforms above the blast barrel, and go over
the rock to the right (up against the blast barrel I told you not to go in)
and drop into the Bonus Stage Barrel on the other side of the rock.  Beat
Them All Bonus Stage.  Defeat all of the bees as your going up on your
web platforms as Squitter, then jump into the barrel to transform into
Squawks.  Then fly up destroying any bees you see along the way by spitting
eggs.  Then go up a bit more after that to claim your Hero Coin.

Krocodile Kore
Hero Coin #40: After you finish all 5 of the Lost World stages, the big
crocodile head at the center of the Lost World opens up (this is the
Krocodile Kore) inside the Krocodile Kore you'll have to fight K. Rool
one last time.  It's tough but if you beat him you will win the last Hero
Coin as your reward.
