What's with that locked door near the center of the Middle Deck?

  1. What's with that locked door near the center of the Middle Deck, right next to a fire in a left wall? Do I have to find a key to enter? Where is that key?

  1. That locked door leads to a bar, where there are two drunks that follow you if you are playing as Jeffrey. If you are playing as any other character, only one of them will follow you though.

    However, that door is only open in the Japanese version. It was probably locked or removed from the USA version due to the Alcoholic references.
