Walkthrough Part 1

Yatagan Lava Flows

Like before, your destination appears on the World Map as a "?". To gain access, you need to Stab a Fury into the World Map there as you did at Kravisse Cave. You can remove the Fury at Kravisse Cave and use it, if you like. You still can access the location after removing the Fury, but the World Shaping effect will disappear. If you prefer, you can return to The Sunflower Inn to enter Godly Revival and remove a new Fury using Sayle.

Hmm...not quite what one would expect from the location's name. You might picture volcanic rock paths up a mountainside with flowing lava obstacles. That's all here, but in the background. The route you take is concrete and steel, platforms and ramps. There are damaged areas resulting in shifted levels you negotiate by jumping on industrial containers.

The first Treasure Crystal on the map looks easy to get to, but it is on a higher level and you will have to circle around to the left to reach it. On your way from Treasure 2 to Treasure 3 there is an event. Collect the rest of the Treasure and go to the way marker on the north central platform. When Fang removes the Fury he finds, you will encounter:

Boss: Gorlois
HP: 6,434
Weakness: None
Drop: Dragon Scale, Fire Stone
Steal: Dragon Scale

Gorlois appears with two Lavaan. His Punch and Blow attacks target a single character and deal Normal damage. Horn Attack causes Moderate damage to one character. Breath deals Moderate damage to a single target and causes "Knock Back". Wipe Out can hit multiple targets for Moderate damage and causes "Knock Back".

Concentrate on the Lavaan first. With strategic positioning, Tiara may be able to eliminate both Lavaan and deal damage to Gorlois with a single Water Spout spell. Then use your Combos to whittle away at Gorlois.

With the guardian out of the way, you retrieve the Fury containing the Rank C Fairy, PXS-04G.

The City location list indicates that there is an Event at The Sunflower Inn and a sub-event at Guillermo's Pub. If you talk to Guillermo, he will introduce Quests. He has 11 requests to start you off. You can accept all of the new quests Guillermo has because there is no limit on the number of open quests you can have. These are optional side quests. They will not be covered in detail in the Walkthrough, but you can find more information in the Pub Quests section. Quests is added to the Main Menu.

At The Sunflower Inn, view another morning-after event. You can then view sub-events with Eryn and Tiara. You also can use your new Fairy to remove a Fury seal in Godly Revival.

Visit Fountain Plaza to look for Lola, who has learned that there is a Fury at Katticus Ice Cave. Speak with her again and she will tell you about a monster holding a Fury that has appeared in the Yatagan Lava Flows. This is the first of Lola's special requests. Look for her often and she will sometimes have new requests. Throughout this Guide they are referred to as Lola's Quests. You may want to hold off on completing this quest until you are stronger.
