Why does my PS4 make a loud buzzing sound when I turn it on?

  1. When i turned on my ps4, it started up and then made this loud buzzing sound.
    Please help me if you can.

  1. You may have excess dust on the fan. It can make a bit of noise when its winding down. You need to clean it out. Youtube has many excellent tutorials on doing this such thing. Just make your search very specific like "Prevent loud PS4 fan noise"
