  1. Are you able to max refine Festering Desire now that the event is gone for Dragonspine? In my opinion, FD is better on support Bennett than support Xingqiu, especially because Xingqiu needs a little more investment to get up to speed - FD won't help that his cooldowns are super long. Bennett on the other hand comes online much sooner if you can get good energy recharge % on him, which FD does. Also depends on what you're using them for in your teams - will Bennett be the healer of the group? If so, he'll be your lifeline and needs to get a good energy recharge stat so he can pop ultimates easily.
