I bought a physical copy of the game, butnit didnt came with the code, neither a email with it

Make sure the game you ordered has an used code. I've noticed that in the description of some games it states code used. If it's brand new sealed game there should be no problem. If the game is "like new" or refurbished. It's almost certain the code was used. Hope you find it pal.
