Why won't serana follow me?

  1. I had just awoken serana and went through all her dialogue and all that is left is "come with me" but she won't move after she responds.

  1. Have you tried to leave the cell to see if she will appear there with you as if she is actually following you she should transport there even if she is not moving initially.

    If you attack her and knee her this may reset her scripts and she should follow you afterwards. Serana can be a bit buggy in general so it most likely will be fixed with one of the above suggestions.
