If i equipped 3 bonding runestones does the companions influence bonus cap out at 100% or does it stack? If they were all at maximum it would be a 300% bonus, is that how it works or do I only need 1 brs for my summoned companion?

You need 3 bondings, they do stack. And at 14 they go to 65% so with 3 maxed you get 192% of the companion's stats.
