Might Club

Some Basic Tips:

  • Be of appropriate level. (55+ for Rank E solo, 66+ for Rank 1 solo, 77+ for Rank Omega solo, 88+ for Rank Hyper solo)
  • Have Status Ailment prevention, especially on whoever is fighting and/or your healer.
    • Pure Sovereign, Shin or Rescue Ruler, Shin are recommended if you are not using Omni Ward.
  • Make use of Trading Cards, especially cards that boost stats or recover SP or HP.
  • Have plenty of items in case you need them.
  • Choose your support character based on need. (Moé for SP, Kanata for stat boosts, Pinkun for HP as examples).
  • Go into solo battles with a full Imagine Gauge. This will let you do a strong burst early on.
  • Use saves in case things go bad and to recover between fights.
  • Might Club enemies do NOT count for Enemy completion; however, they do count for quests.

Remember that you can change to easy mode if a battle is too difficult.

Hyper Rank:

When doing Hyper rank, have at least an hour set aside for the battle. Hyper group rank in particular can take 2 or more hours on Imagine difficulty.

Before starting Hyper rank, have 20 of each item from the Vending Machine as well as 20 Tablets for group Hyper rank.

Ensure that your team are all well geared. Failure to be well geared can result in a wipe. SP/HP recovery after kill gear will not work well in Hyper Rank; however, Rescue Ruler, Shin is still a good choice due to the resistance.

Start the battle with Imagine Gauge filled. This will make the battle much easier and less costly.

Save before each battle.

Group Battle:

Battle 1:

Nameless Delusions S (Saki. Dark wk., Holy res.), Nameless Delusion MM (Riyu, Fire, Dark wk., Water, Wind, Holy res.), Nameless Delusion K (Kotomi, Holy wk, Dark res)

Take out MM first as MM will be the most bothersome to deal with and the easiest to lock down.

K should be next as K is also bothersome and somewhat easy to lock down.

Battle 2:

Nameless Delusion Y (Yamato, Wind wk, Holy res.), Nameless Delusion RR (Reiji, Fire wk. Wind res.) , Nameless Delusion M (Mizuki, Earth Wk., Water res.).

M can be a pain to deal with and is worth taking out early, but Y is the most dangerous here if you do not have status resistance.

RR is the lowest priority here.

Battle 3:

Nameless Delusion A (Asahi, Water wk. Fire res.), Nameless Grand Phantasm (Boss).

Deal with Nameless Delusion A first simply to get an enemy out of the way quickly, then deal with the Grand Phantasm.

Solo:

The player will fight against themselves. It is recommended to go in with Imagine Mode fully charged in order to start off with a powerful attack. For Yamato, swoon resist or all ailment resist is an absolute necessity.

Post-Game Leveling Tips

Note: These lists are not all inclusive, but some select choices that work reasonably well.

The recommended area is Might Club (Group) for leveling and gaining Money. The battles are long, but give good experience and Money. It is very easy to go from level 40 to level 70 in an hour or less. It is recommended that you wait on going past level 80 until post-game.

Remember that effects stack. Testing is needed to see if each gain is additive or multiplicative.

Maximizing Experience

Equip all characters with exp gain.

  • Yin:
    • Idle Knight Yuan. +15% Exp per character. VaniFan I R.
    • Idle God Yuan. +15% Exp per character. VaniFan I SR.

Choose Acquire-chan as your support.

Play on Imagine Mode for more experience or Easy for faster battles.

With three characters equipped and Acquire-Chan as support, expect anywhere from 60.000 to 400.000 experience per 1~2 minute Might Club Omega Group battle, with 100.000 being normal for Easy mode if you use Mizuki. The bonus is additive, but only applies to active party members.

Maximizing Money

This is best done after you've finished leveling or when your characters are nearly maxed.

Equip all characters with money gain.

  • Accessories:
    • Greed Earrings. +20% Money
    • Greed Cuffs: +5% Money
    • Imagine Earrings: +20% Imagine Gain
  • Yin:
    • Avaricious Knight, Tokey. +15% Money Gain. VaniFan II R
    • Avaricious God, Tokey. +15% Money Gain. VaniFan II SR
    • Genius Scholar, Minmin. +10% Money Gain. VaniFan I R
  • Yang:
    • Character Lacking, Pinkun. +50% Money Gain. Akiba's Beat SR
    • Mysterious Skulldugger, Shareko Ube. +7% Money Gain. Akiba's Beat U

Choose Acquire-Chan as your Support

With all the bolded items equipped on 3 combat party members and Acquire-Chan, a brief 1~2 minute fight in Might Club Group Omega can net about 400.000 to 800.000 Money, enough to buy 2~4 Special packs. Without Acquire-Chan's bonus it will still be around 160.000~180.000 for Normal mode.

Note that the maximum amount of money you can have at a time is 9999999 Yen.

Easier Fights

Equip all characters (This list only shows the part of the effect that matters):

  • Yin:
    • Awakened Player, Mikado Kurosaki. +15% Stats. Akiba's Beat UR
    • Lusty Knight, Lennon. 85% SP Usage. VaniFan III R
    • High Braver, Mizuki Aihara. +30% SP. Akiba's Beat UR
    • Signboard Maid, Moé Suzumori. 5% HP per 7 Seconds. Akiba's Beat SR
    • Character Lacking, Pinkun. 5% HP per 7 Seconds. Akiba's Beat SR
    • Happy Idol, Riyu Momose. 80% SP Cast Time. Akiba's Beat UR
  • Yang:
    • Chaos Referee, Rui. 50% SP Usage. VaniFan III UR
    • Chaste Spirit Lord, Yuricia. 5% SP per 7 Seconds. VaniFan II SR
    • Null Devil Lord, Ridean. 5% HP per 7 Seconds. VaniFan III SR
    • Delusion Contractor, Kanon. +50% SP. Akiba's Beat R
    • Happy Idol, Riyu Momose. 80% SP Cost. Akiba's Beat UR
    • Awakened Player, Mikado Kurosaki. 15% SP per 10 Seconds. Akiba's Beat UR
  • Accessories:
    • Skill Ring: +30% SP
    • Skife Regen Bangle: +3% SP per 5 seconds.
    • Skill Regen Ring: +3% SP per 5 seconds.

Choose Moé as your support.

Set all characters to attack different targets and to use their skills to attack with no SP limitations and no HP limitations except for one healer who will be healing the party. This should help keep the enemy from attacking your team. As an option, adding high INT or PWR will help stun enemies, but try to keep the damage relatively low. This setup is not recommended unless you are struggling to win fights.

At end game, you can buy items that boost your stats. The known maximum stats are 9999 HP and 999 SP. Other stats can go past 999.

Gearing your fighter

Depending on the situation, you may choose to not give your fighter a exp/money boost Yin card.

In general, your fighter will have one of the following with the goal being to maximize SP recovery and lower SP costs as well as trying to increase your ability to stun via PWR or INT.

  • Accessories
    • Conservation Earrings: 20% SP Cost reduction
    • Skife Absorb Bangle: 3% SP per kill
    • Skill Regen Ring: 3% SP per 5 Seconds
    • Skife Regen Bangle: 3% SP per 5 Seconds
    • PWR Pin: +15% PWR
  • Yin:
    • Idle Knight Yuan. +15% Exp per character. VaniFan I R.
    • Idle God Yuan. +15% Exp per character. VaniFan I SR.
    • Avaricious Knight, Tokey. +15% Money Gain. VaniFan II R
    • Avaricious God, Tokey. +15% Money Gain. VaniFan II SR
    • Pure Sovereign, Shin. 15% SP Recovery per kill. VaniFan II SR
    • Rescue Ruler, Shin. 15% SP Recovery per kill. VaniFan III SR
    • Signboard Maid, Moé Suzumori. 5% SP every 7 seconds. Akiba's Beat SR
    • Lusty Knight, Lennon. 85% SP Usage. VaniFan III R
    • High Braver, Mizuki Aihara. +30% SP. Akiba's Beat UR
  • Yang
    • Imagination Conductor, Kanon. 50% SP recovery per kill. Akiba's Beat UR.
    • Twilight Compensator, Uran. 30% SP recovery per kill. VaniFan II UR.
    • Awakened Player, Mikado Kurosaki 15% SP per 10 seconds. Akiba's Beat UR.
    • Miracle NEET, Asahi Tachibana. 7% SP/HP per 10 seconds. Akiba's Beat UR.

Your fighter will be your ‘leader'. The recommended fighters are Miyu, Mizuki, and Saki. The others are still good, but those have the best AoE and/or Combo capabilities.

In most situations, the preferable combination of gear is Conservation Earrings, Signboard Maid, Moé Suzumori or Rescue Ruler, Shin, and Imagine Conductor, Kanon.

If you have 999 SP (You can buy SP boosting items late in the game) for a character other than Riyu or you are fighting in Hyper rank or a boss enemy, you may wish to use Skife Regen Bangle, Rescue Ruler, Shin, and Awakened Player, Mikado Kurosaki instead for 149 SP recovery per 10 seconds+ 29 SP per 5 Seconds + 149 SP per kill. While this may not regen as much SP, it will provide SP at a more stable rate.

Riyu

Riyu is good for fighting groups of enemies.and can easily wipe out entire enemy groups with her magic and the high AoE potential.

For her, she needs a different build than other fighters due to being a spellcaster. She needs either Accel Earrings in her Accessory slot or Happy Idol, Riyu Momose in her Yin Card Slot or both. These reduce her Cast Time to 80%. For her Accessory slot, INT Pin can be useful to help with stunning enemies.

As a spellcaster, she needs SP much more than other fighters.

Recommended Skill Setup:

  • Skill Button:
    • Peaceful Light (Level 51)
    • Healing abilities
  • Quick Cast (R Stick)
    • Divine Code (Level 42),
    • Rabbit Hammer (Level 36)
    • Candy Shot (Level 57)
    • Pureness Arrow (Level 60)
      • Use any AoE if Pureness Arrow is not available.

Using her is simple: start a fight and hold down an AoE until the enemy is dead.

For lower levels, Divine Code works very well as does Blast Edge. Pureness Arrow sends an AoE at each enemy, but has a longer cast time. This means faster enemies can get close to Riyu and attack her. You can mitigate this issue with high CON or party members, but Rabbit Hammer and Candy Shot are very good at pushing enemies back or giving Riyu room to maneuver. Divine Code is a good finisher for when only one enemy is left and you are far away.

Mizuki

Mizuki is good for leveling on single targets such as bosses. His ranged abilities allow him to continue raising the beat even if enemies run.

Recommended Skill Setup:

  • Skill Button:
    • Healing Rain
    • Caring Rain
  • Quick Cast (R Stick)
    • Round Edge (Level <40)
    • Floating Bullet (Level <50)
    • Chase Bullet (Level 54)
    • Any Elemental Bullet according to weaknesses or Aerial Bullet

Using him is fairly simple: start a fight and just keep shooting, using normal attacks as needed. Using Imagine Mode helps greatly for boss fights.

Round Edge is useful when surrounded and want to do damage to the enemies surrounding you. Floating Bullet is useful due to being out of range of many enemies upon use as well as having an extremely high Imagine charge rate. Chase Bullet is the most efficient damage for the SP and time on top of being homing (Note that elemental weakness bullets tend to be more efficient SP-Wise, but much slower).

For Boss Fights, Have Q10 or Q12 CPU and use Floating Bullet until empty. This should result in an Imagine Gauge Bar filling, allowing you to hold Attack and jump into the mini-Imagine mode where you can spam Attack to recover your SP. Repeat until you enter Song Imagine mode, then cycle between Floating Bullet and Attacks until Burst starts, then spam Chase Bullet

Saki

Saki is another good character for leveling on single targets. Her Quintet and Septet can raise the beat count rather well and she has some decent ability to dash around to continue chains. While she is nowhere as good as Mizuki in general due to her unreliability as a result of enemy movement, she has the potential of having higher beat count spikes.

Recommended Skill Setup:

  • Skill Button:
    • Healing Light (Level 1)
    • Caring Light (Level 10)
    • Restore (Level <47)
  • Quick Cast (R Stick)
    • Ray Sting (Level 4)
    • Spin Gale (Level 19)
    • Septet (Level 55)
      • Quintet (Level 22) as an alternative

Using her is a bit more tricky as you need to pay attention to her positioning and she needs to chase the enemy. However, she can stay on par with Mizuki in terms of beat buildup and occasionally surpass him. Use Ray Sting to get close to the enemy and use Quintet or Septet for single targets and Spin Gale for groups. This will allow her to keep the combo going, especially in Imagine Mode.

Yamato

Yamato has a decent AoE potential, though he suffers from slow buildups and close range AoE, making him riskier to use than Riyu due to having to get close to AoE on top of having delayed attacks.

Recommended Skill Setup:

  • Skill Button:
    • Blaze Shift (Level 44)
  • Quick Cast (R Stick)
    • Sneak Raid (Level 24)
    • Struggle Cannon (Level 52)
    • Calamity Rush (Level 56)
    • Blitz Rave (Level 60)

Using him is tricky. Use Sneak Raid to get closer as needed and then use Blitz Rave to damage enemies in a large area. Struggle Cannon can be used to damage enemies from a range, but is slow to prepare so often Blitz Rave is more useful.

Kotomi

Kotomi has some AoE potential, but is hard to make full use of her potential. She doesn't quite have Riyu's AoE and she doesn't quite have Mizuki. As a result of this, she is rather weak compared to the other fighters.

Reiji

The Flyer. Reiji has many skills that send him into the air, making it hard to hit him. The exception being fliers. Built right, he will almost never touch the ground and has the ability to go higher than any other character.

Flying WInd Lance (Level 47) is amazingly broken at lower levels, being effectively untouchable by any non-spellcasting enemy if built right.

Asahi

Not much to say about Asahi. He is the main character, but he is fairly limited in terms of wiping out groups or building up beat.
