I connected my Facebook account to my hi-rez account, but it didn't give me Resplendent Jenos?

  1. I went to the link provided when hovering over the Resplendent Jenos skin, followed the directions, but I still don't have the skin. What are some ways to solve this?

  1. Unconnect and reconnect. If that doesn't work, try making a new account (facebook one) if that doesn't submit a support ticket. Personally i'd just submit a support ticket on the paladins website, it'll be answered and resolved quickly

  2. There is no option to disconnect my Facebook and submitting a report only got an automated message suggesting I could reset my account.
