-----------------------------------About Me-----------------------------------

I have played Mega Man since literally the day I can remember. The first Mega
Man game I can remember playing is Mega Man 2 on the NES. The first Robot
Master I can remember fighting is Wood Man, which makes him one of my favorite
Robot Masters. Mega Man has always been my favorite video game icon since I
was a kid. I own every American released Classic Mega Man and Mega Man X game.
I don't really play the other series' though.

--------------------------------About This FAQ--------------------------------

I decided to write this FAQ for anyone who hasn't been into Mega Man for very
long and wants to better themselfs at fighting the Robot Masters with only the
Mega Buster. I decided to include some videos of me fighting the Robot Masters
just incase you can't understand what I am saying in this FAQ, you will have a
visual example to go off of. I hope this guide helps you!

I have covered all the Robot Master Battles from Mega Man's 1 - 10, Mega Man &
Bass. The Stardroids from Mega Man V, the Mega Man Killers, the Doc Robots
from Mega Man 3, and Bonus Battles against Mega Man Himself, Dark Man, and
Fake Man I hope this guide helps you out! If you don't understand what I am
saying in this FAQ, then follow the links after each Robot Master description
to see a video of me personally taking out the Robot Masters, hopefully a
visual example will help! If you like what you see then Subscribe to me on
youtube, my username on there is Redmage1987. If you need help on any of the
other Robot Masters, check out my guides for them on their FAQ Page.

----------------------------------MEGA MAN 10---------------------------------

Much to my surprise, we got another new Classic Mega Man all in 8-Bit one year
after Mega Man 9 came out, I hope that Capcom continues this pace of Making
Classic Mega Man games personally. It's also the first 8-Bit Mega Man to have
Bass Playable.

------Blade Man------

Difficulty: 5/10

Blade------ 4
Collision-- 5

Blade Man is the easiest Robot Master to fight with the Mega Buster on Hard.
Basically at the start of the fight he will jump and latch himself into the
right wall, jump and shoot him and he should wait a second and then charge at
you, jump up over him, wait a second and then jump a second time to avoid him
as he charges a second time. Now he should latch himself back to the wall, he
might charge down at you a second time, just repeate what you did the first
time. To avoid his blades, just stand next to the wall of the opposite side of
which he is on and walk forward as they come at you, when he is on the ceiling
just stand behind him to avoid the blades. As the fight goes on for a second
he will charge at you from the wall if you don't shoot him when he is on the
left or right walls.

------Solar Man------

Difficulty: 7/10

Sun---------- 6
Solar Blaze-- 6
Collision---- 4

The Battle Against Solar Man is basically a game of cat and mouse. When the
fight starts just stand where you are at and try to get a shot off on him he
won't jump to your starting platform no matter what for his first jump. After
that, try to follow him around a little bit and get him with the Mega Buster.
Take advantage of the time he takes to pull off his Super Attack to unload on
him, other than that It's basically a game of kind of following him and
avoiding shooting the Sun, though on Hard Mode it doesn't matter if you
shoot it or not since it is at Full Power at all times, but still annoying
when you accidently shoot it.

------Sheep Man------

Difficulty: 4/10

Cloud---------- 2
Thunder Wool--- 4
Collision------ 4
Thunder Balls-- 4 (Fired from Sheep Man. or the ones from when he jumps, &
from the Thunder Wool Bolts striking the floor.)

Sheep Man is basically just a game of watching where the first cloud and last
cloud go, because the first and last one's fire out energy balls that travel
along the ground both left and right after the lightning from the cloud has
hit the floor. Try to find the best place to stand while you wait for the
clouds to finish their attacks. Sheep Man can fire 2 different energy
balls, one goes up high then down then back up high. Try to walk under it or
jump over it depending on how high or low it is as it gets near you. Sometimes
he fires one the doesn't go as high but is faster, just jump over it. Sheep
Man also releases energy balls from his feet when he jumps, so jump over
these. It is also possible to hurt Sheep Man when he is in Cloud Form, but you
need to use a weapon to get up there, so that kind of goes against only using
the Mega Buster.

------Commando Man------

Difficulty: 6/10

Commando Bomb-- 5 (Damage is the same if hit by the bomb itself or the wave)
Commando Wave-- 5
Collision------ 4

Commando Man is big and puts up quite a bit to dodge. Do your best to stay
about a half a screen away from him as much as you can. That way you run under
him if you get the chance, while still being far enough away from him to dodge
his Commando Bomb's. Always jump when he gets ready to do his Super Attack,
otherwise you will be unable to move and will be hit by the Commando Wave, but
try to time the jump so that you can go over the wave as well. When you see
him jump real high, get ready to jump as he lands because otherwise you will
be stunned. Bascially to get around his Commando Bombs, just try to keep
moving, but try to stay slow enough to where the bombs can get to you and you
will still have room to jump over the waves.

------Pump Man------

Difficulty: 5/10

Water Shield-- 4
Handle-------- 8
Collision----- 4

Pump Man's fight is going to be full of fash shooting. Try unloading on him as
fast as you can when he puts on his Water Shield to try and reduce the amount
of Water Shield Bubbles he has to fire off. Try to stay next to the wall when
he throws his pump handle off at you, that way you only have to jump once,
other than that. Just try to be a quick shot and remove as much of his Shield
as you can. The direction his shield spirals out when he shoots it off is
determined by what direction he is facing when he puts it on. If he is facing
to the left when he puts it on it will spiral out clockwise, and vice versa
if he is facing right. Basically just look at the direction it is spinning
around him to know what way its going to spiral outward. (THANKS TO vgmaster96
for the tip about the shield!)

------Strike Man------

Difficulty: 6/10

Rebound Striker-- 2 (Add 1 Point of damage for each bounce off the wall)
Collision-------- 4 (Wheather he is rolled into the ball or not, its the same)

Strike Man can be annoying at first because his Rebound Striker is semi-homing
and you have to avoid him at the same time. Just do your best to avoid the
Rebound Striker, Jump over it, and remember every time it hits the ceiling it
will kind if home in on Mega Man, so try to keep on the move and always try to
run under him when he rolls into the ball. When he does his Super Attack watch
what direction he shoots the first shot in and run towards it and jump over
the first ball and sit against the wall, so if he shoots left run left and
jump over the ball and sit against the wall, if right then run right, jump
over it and sit in the corner. When his Super Attack is finished he will be
dizzy for a second, take this time to unload on him, then run under him when
he rolls into the ball.

------Nitro Man------

Difficulty: 8/10

Wheel Cutter----------------- 4
Collision-------------------- 4
Collision (Motorcycle Mode)-- 5

Get ready for one of the fastest paced Battles since Quick Man from Mega Man
2. You have to do some really fast jumping to avoid being ran into by him when
he is in Motorcycle form. You have to be even quicker if you want to shoot him
and jump at the same time. When rides up the wall he will shoot 2 Wheel
Cutter's Down. If he is on the right wall I go left, If he is on the left wall
I go right. He usually follows that up by coming down to the ground and
shooting one Wheel Cutter low and one High. Jump over the low one and jump
between him and the high one to get on the other side of him and repeat if he
tries it again.

Video Link...

------Chill Man------

Difficulty: 7/10

Chill Spike (Liquid)-- 2
Chill Spike (Spike)--- 4
Collision------------- 4

Chill Man isn't too bad. Basically when he goes to do his super attack try to
stand a little left of the middle and once he fired Chill Spikes on both sides
of Mega Man jump over the one to the left to gain distance between Mega Man
and Him. Bascially jump over him when he gets near you or run under him if he
jumps When he fires Chill Spike while on the ground he will fire one low, one
high, and one inbetween those, so try and keep that in mind and it should be
too hard to dodge.
