How do I enter the fog after Tower Knight?

Im a little confused the colorless fog stops me from going on saying i need to kill something special? This is to get into area 1-3 i guess? The fog directly infront of Towerknights nexus portal

You have to kill one of the other worlds archdemons(last bosses). Either Dragon God(2-3), Old Monk(3-3), Storm King(4-3), or Maiden Astraea(5-3).

You have to kill the archdemon the dragon god. It's the boss After you clear 2-2. After that you are free to enter the fog.
