  1. As of right now the ps3 isn't getting the dlc. They may decide to release it eventually though, so here's hoping.

  2. Reaper of Souls is not being considered as DLC, but another game altogether. The game will be coming to PS3, and Xbox 360 along with modern game consoles.

  3. DocileCraig is correct. Reaper of Souls is gong to be another game altogether instead of "add-on" DLC, which kinda sucks if you've built a character up.

  4. You all probably know this already, but I'll clarify a few things anyway. Diablo III Reaper of Souls is a standalone game.
You do not need a copy of the original Diablo III, but if you do own a copy, you can progress further from where you left off.

The original level cap was 60, but with RoS it has been pumped up to 70. So, if your character was already level 60 with Paragon already earned, you'll need to level up to 70 before earning more Paragon.

There is a difference between the 'old gen' and 'next gen' console versions.
In both versions you will be able to do the above, as well as the extra Act, and you can open Rifts in Adventure mode, but this is where the similarity stops.
On the next gen you can also open up Greater Rifts, find special Gems, and you have a chance to enter the Goblin Portals. Also, the graphics are slightly better and the loading screens are practically non existent between acts and such (and yes, even when you start the game, it is slightly shorter!).

Hope this clarifies enough for you,
