Do this game save?

  1. I have this game, and I play it on a European ps3, what bother me it is that the game do not save the progress, so I was wondering if it is normal that the game do not save or there is some kind of problem, (I played macross for psp and this one save the game) if the game can save can someone help me to understand what is my problem? please
