NTSC to PAL = +4100
If you see (Oddities) next to a code name that means it’s not completely
working yet or is showing bugs.

== Revisions
1. Fixed an issue with Max Stats causing minimal damage as recently noticed in
a thread while I was looking for something else. I had the value set badly due
to not being able to convert between floats and hex easily, copied from
pcsx2.exe memory after modifying with Cheat Engine so should be no issues now.
