  1. bluemistake2 is wrong. There WILL BE horses in Assassins Creed 2 :) It has been confirmed by Ubisoft. Other confirmed methods of travel include traveling by Gondolas in a certain city ;) , swimming, ships (money needed), horse and carriage (not sure if this is only for a certain mission(s) tho), you get to use Leonardo's flying machine but I believe this is only used for one mission, and I've heard but NOT seen confirmed that you can pay 100 Florins to travel fast by land if you want to get to an area fast and don't want to do it yourself... kinda like GTA IV has a taxi you can use if you don't wanna drive lol. Yep can't wait for this game!

  1. ACII does have horses. Same as with the first game, you cant use them inside town walls.
There are gondolas as to get around quicker on water.
Fast travel system; pay at booth, select new location, instant teleport, costs money.

  2. In Assassin's Creed 2 there are horses(but like in the first game they are not allowed to enter the walls of a town). As for the other means of transport, you can only drive a carriage one time and fly the flying machine in certain places. In my opinion, horses are only useful if you don't want to spend money.
