DC universe online: How to get past Poison bate glitch?

I'v encountered a glitch on the mission poison bait were I'v gotten to the final part were I arrest Diego, I have arrested him and the objective says to leave the building, but when I leave it says enter and arrest him, also, when i go to the journal, there is no green light beside the arrest diego objective.
I believe this is a result of me arresting him while traking a sperate mission, and now I can't progress through the main story, does anyone know how to fix this?
