A few notes before you begin:

This is a complete walkthrough, but still in rough draft form. The
important thing was to note the key facts and move on. More formatting and
standard conventions will come in the next draft. Feel free to let me know
when something is not clear. I am still working on it, and I will not be
posting updates immediately, so not everyone who sends me email will be
guaranteed a mention. I hope that you find this helpful!

A key to the guide:
- Rooms are designated by the name given in the map view (Show map in the PDA)
- empty corridors connect to the following room and usually to the prev room
- "pod" is my shorthand for energy pods, which are found all around the ship
- directions are given to match the orientation of the keyboard keys: upper
right of the screen is "forward", lower left is "back", and upper left and
lower right are "left" and "right", respectively
- half blocks are the right height to jump on, while the full blocks are twice
that height and need a half block or a ledge of the same height to get onto
- "l to r" means left to right, "b to f" means back to front, and "bl to fr"
means back left to front right (see above note for left-right-front-back
  orientation)
- any contractions used in the body of the walkthrough are explained a bit
more at the end of the file

- this allows the bots to cross the almost finished bridge, so hit the back
left switch just before the bots cross to allow enough time to get them
  all across
- this may be a bug, but another, easier way is to push the half block onto
the back left switch until after the timer runs out, which changes the
switch from normally down to normally up so you don't have to worry about
hitting the switch at the right moment
