======== 1. Intro ========
==========================

Welcome.  First guide I've written in years.  Nobody else had submitted one
yet, so I figured I'd go on ahead.  Enjoy.

The first part of this guide is rather Invisiclues-like, consisting solely of
hints in a progressively more obvious order before outright revealing the
solution to the puzzle.  Sometimes, a nudge is all you really need, and I've
tried to set this up so it won't ruin the game if you get stuck somewhere.

The second part of the guide is a plain old step-by-step walkthrough, which you
really shouldn't use, unless you're breezing through the game just to say you
completed it.  In which case, why are you even playing the game?

======== 2. Hint Guide ========
===============================

***Part I: The Casino Doors***


   A. Winning 10 Million
----------------------------

Let's assume you've left the office, and found your way to the Desoto, and from
there, to the casino.  Good joerb.  And you've no doubt tried to play a few
games of cards with Leonard, to no avail.

You may have even noticed him looking up at something behind you...

And suddenly getting much more confident after doing so...

And you may have even looked above the exit door at the shiny clown nose, and
figured out that's how he's cheating.

Now, If you go back and pay super-close attention during the intro to the
game...

You'll notice that Max drops a playing card in front of the rat hole.

If you didn't get it at the start, go back and get that card, then use it on
the clown nose to ensure a victory.


   B. Getting the Password
------------------------------

If you've played the one-armed bandit, then you'll see a brief scene where the
password is given out.  But how to listen in?

Once you've got the ten million, you'll need to head to Bosco's and buy the
organic listening device he's got for sale.

Simply use it on the guard, play the one-armed bandit again, and then go
retrieve the bug to gain the password and entry to the mafia hideout.




***Part II: The Three Jobs***


   A. Whacking the Witness
------------------------------

Head to Sybil's office, pull out the gun, and blammo, you're done!

Not really, but if you'd ask her about the coffee Cup...

And then take that cup Jovially...

Remember anything nice and messy from the last game?  Anything?

Take the cup to Bosco's, and use it on the condiments for a big cup of ketchup.
Yum!

Put it back on Sybil's desk, and shoot it with the big gun.  Mmmm... Web Cam.



   B. Recovering Property
-----------------------------

You're looking for a fence, and if you'd explored around a bit...

You'd know there's one back in the office.  Head there and talk to Leonard.

Or rather, have the crazy rabbit-thing talk to him.  Max knows what to say.

From there, just match up the insults.  If you are totally devoid of a sense of
humor, head to step 14 of the walkthrough below.

Back to the casino, use the bandit arm on the bandit, then try your luck one
more time.


   C. Making the Delivery
-----------------------------

If you've talked to Bosco, you'll know you need to do something about that
camera...

But did you play the Whack-A-Rat game back at the Casino yet?  You'll need to
do that first to win a prize.  Just keep trying, it's not that hard.

That magnet should do the trick, but you can't do anything with Bosco looking...

So point out the Toy Mafia member standing outside.

Use the magnet on the anti-delivery camera to get it out of the way, then drop
off the bear on the sale table.



***Part III: The End Bits***


   A. The Chase
-------------------

Simpler than the other two episodes, just pay attention to your environment...

And notice the big blue sign you keep passing under every few seconds like a
Flintstone cartoon in 3D.

Shoot it with the gun right as you pass under it.


   B. The Back Room
----------------------

Forbidden doors are awfully tempting, no?

When commanded to shoot Max, go ahead and do so.

With the cap gun.

Have you tried grabbing one of the teddy bears yet?

And using it on the mole?

Wouldn't it be great if you could change that message?

Like, if there were something else that had a voicebox in it?

Like the one-armed bandit sitting on the workbench to the left, that can be
opened with the screwdriver sitting just next to it?

Use the voicebox on the hopper, use the altered bear on the mole.

Pull the lever, and the game is over!

======== 3. Game-Ruining Walkthrough ========
=============================================

WARNING: Using this walkthrough will ruin the game for you.  I strongly suggest
you use the hints above instead, and then only when you're stuck. Figuring out
everything you have to do is part of the game, and you'll be missing out on a
lot of the great dialogue otherwise.

1. Still in the office, walk over to the rat hole and get the ACE OF SPADES.

2. Leave the office via the OFFICE DOOR, go to the DESOTO, and from there to
TED E. BEAR'S MAFIA-FREE PLAYLAND AND CASINO.

3. After saying SEE YOU LATER to the GREETER, use the ACE OF SPADES on the
CLOWN NOSE just above the EXIT DOOR.

4. Talk to LEONARD, ask HOW DO YOU PLAY INDIAN POKER?, then LET'S PLAY SOME
INDIAN POKER, and WE'LL BET.

5. Go to the EXIT DOOR, then head right to BOSCO'S INCONVENIENCE.

6. Say WE WANNA BUY SOMETHING to Bosco, ask WHAT'VE YOU GOT?, and GIVE US THE
LISTENING DEVICE.

7. Go to the EXIT DOOR, left to the DESOTO, and from there back to TED E.
BEAR'S MAFIA-FREE PLAYLAND AND CASINO.

8. Head right and use the ORGANIC LISTENING DEVICE on the GUARD, then click the
BANDIT ARM on the slot machine.

9. Go back and grab the ORGANIC LISTENING DEVICE, then talk to the GUARD, and
tell him LEAVE THE GUN. TAKE THE CANNOLIS.

10. After talking to Chuckles, tell him SOUNDS GOOD, then ask WHO DO YOU WANT
US TO LEAN ON?, WHO DO YOU WANT US TO "WHACK?", and WHAT IS IT THAT YOU WANT US
TO RECOVER?, and finally, I THINK WE'VE GOT IT and WE'LL BE BACK.

11. Exit back through the CASINO DOOR, then use one of your TOKENS on the WHACK
DA RATZ game until you score 20 or better before leaving through the EXIT DOOR.

12. Head left to SYBIL'S, take the COFFEE CUP on her desk, then leave through
the EXIT DOOR.

13. Go to the OFFICE, then click Max's portrait and ask Leonard HEY, IS THAT A
CAP GUN?

14. Match up five of the six following phrases:
YO' MAMA'S SO FAT... SHE HAS MORE FOLDS THAN AN ORIGAMI ACCORDION!
YO' MAMA'S SO RADIANT... IF SHE FELL IN NUCLEAR WASTE, NO ONE WOULD NOTICE!
YO' MAMA'S SO THRIFTY... SHE BRINGS COUPONS TO THE PENNY ARCADE!
YO' MAMA'S SO PERKY... THE ONLY TIME SHE'S LOW IS AT A LIMBO CONTEST!
YO' MAMA'S SO VULGAR... HER MOUTH WOULD MAKE A LONGSHOREMAN BLUSH!
YO' MAMA'S SO PUNCTUAL... SHE SHOWED UP EARLY FOR HER OWN FUNERAL!

15. Head right to BOSCO'S INCONVENIENCE, talk to BOSCO, say LOOK, IT'S THE TOY
MAFIA!

16. Use the TED E. BEAR MAGNET on the ANTI-DELIVERY CAMERA, then use the TEDDY
BEAR BOX on the SALE TABLE.

17. Use SYBIL'S COFFEE CUP on the CONDIMENTS to the left, then head out through
the EXIT DOOR.

18. Head left to SYBIL'S, use the KETCHUP-FILLED CUP on SYBIL, then use the BIG
GUN on the COFFEE CUP, then .

19. Head out the EXIT DOOR, go to the DESOTO, and from there to TED E. BEAR'S
MAFIA-FREE PLAYLAND AND CASINO.

20. Use the BANDIT ARM on the ONE-ARMED BANDIT, then click the BANDIT ARM again.

21. Use the GUN on the big blue sign you pass under in the middle of the road
right as you pass under it.

22. Go through the SINISTER DOOR, use the CAP GUN on MAX.

23. To the left, get the SCREWDRIVER, then use the SCREWDRIVER on the ONE-ARMED
BANDIT, and get the VOICE BOX.

24. Use the VOICE BOX on the HOPPER behind the machine, and get the ALTERED
TEDDY BEAR off the floor.

25. Use the ALTERED TEDDY BEAR on HARRY, and then pull the LEVER.
