How do I solve The Large Gate?

  1. OK, I am a Seraphim on this and i can get through the large gate area but it says the quest is uncompleted and thenw hen i get to the gate It's there sometimes and sometimes its not i can attack through the door but i cant open is it there something i need or did wrong?
