The purpose of this guide is to cover the list of changes made in Melty Blood: 
ReAct "Final Tuned", from version 2.009a to version 2.500 (Final Tuned, and up).

A = Light attack
B = Medium attack
C = Heavy attack
D = Shield

Circuit = super meter
Yellow life = current life
Red life = recoverable life
OTG = "Off The Ground" or "On The Ground"
EX = Extra Special (C version of move that costs meter)
Arc Drive = Heat and Blood Heat specific "Super" moves.
Last Arc = Shield auto-counter super while in Blood Heat
j. = Jumping (air move)
c. = Crouching (ducking move)

----------Game Engine Changes-----------

Self explanatory. The game engine got quite a few changes in order to make the 
game play more like the arcade version (Melty Blood: Act Cadenza).

        -General Changes:

* "Pad Default" button added to main configuration window.
* Pad configuration menu was greatly modified in the main configuration window.
* Additional "details setting" option was added to texture setting menu, in the 
main configuration window.
* "GameSpeed" (Frames Per Second) option added to the texture setting menu, in
the main configuration window.
* Holding the "SHIFT" key while starting the game disables pad operation during
 the starting dialogue.
* File check system was strengthened.
* Old replay files became incompatible.
* Holding the D button while choosing the "Options" enters a "System Direction" 
menu.
* CPU opponent AI was improved.
* Problems that occurred in replays recorded against the CPU were fixed.
* New AC and PC mode option added to character selection screen.
* All characters gained 4 new costume colors (total of 8 per character).
* New sounds added to stage selection in the character selection menu.
* Launching characters off the ground now impossible.
* Momentum added from ground dashing.
* All characters gained neutral jump manual control (manual movement while 
neutral jumping).
* Pushback added.
* Air Heavy attacks now cancellable into air throws (AC mode only).
* Graphics change for successful shields (auto-shield/clash retain same graphic)
* Successful shields now immediately cancellable into any move.
* Successful shields add 5% circuit gauge.
* Shielding became much faster (you can now shield meaty attacks).
* Shielding will now auto-shield multi-hit attacks.
* Shield Counters removed for all characters.
* Comboing after shield bunkers now impossible.
* Auto-Heat gauge now orange. Manual Heat gauge blue. Blood Heat white/gray.
* Auto-Heat no longer regenerates yellow life bar (manual Heat and Blood Heat 
still regenerate life).
* Leaving auto-Heat will reset meter to 200% if no Arc Drive is used.
* Heat Arc Drives reset meter to 100% from auto-Heat.
* Last Arc's now immediately depleat meter to 0.
* Ground Last Arc's can now be performed standing or crouching.
* Back Dash cancelling normal attacks removed for all characters except Vampire 
Sion.
* Air Back Dash cancelling normal attacks removed for all characters.
* Minimum height added for air dashing.
* Building Circuit meter became harder (moves gain less meter).
* Critical hit indication time modified.
* You can always ground-tech air-to-air counter hits.
* Blocking most attacks reduces your red life gauge (recoverable life).
* Reverse Chains (reverse beat) now cause damage proration.
* Whiff cancelling specials into EX/Arc Drives always prorates damage.
* Attacking in the air nullifies ground recovery time.
* Multiple problems with keyboard configuration were corrected.
* Character graphic display problems for Hisui&Kohaku were corrected.
* Replay files now display if they are from an outdated version.
* New font size used for replay file display.
* Pad configuration now allows you to disable multi-button input macros.
* Combo damage display calculation errors fixed.
* Training mode now has "Input Display" and "Status Display" options.
* Heat and Blood Heat activations now cause wallslam for all characters.


        -AC Mode:
* A+B while holding left or right performs a ground or air dash.
* A+D while holding left or right performs a ground or air throw.
* A+B+C activates Heat or Blood Heat.

        -PC Mode:
* A+B while holding left or right performs a ground or air dash.
* C while holding left or right near the opponent performs a ground or air 
throw.
* down, down, down, D activates Heat or Blood Heat.
* Air heavy attacks not cancellable into air throws.

        -Training mode "Status Display" color codes:
* Black: Neutral.
* Red: Not cancellable state (no action possible).
* Blue: Cancellable state (can cancel into any move at any time).
* Yellow: Cancellable on Successful hit only.
* Green: Cancellable on hit or block.
* Orange: Cancellable into EX/Arc Drive only (from special move).



---------System Direction Menu----------

To access this menu, highlight the "Options" menu at the title screen, then 
hold D (shield) and press A (light attack).

In order to adjust any of the options, you must toggle the first option (System 
Direction) to "on".

---------AC and FT differences----------

Here's a quick list of differences between the arcade version "Act Cadenza" (AC)
and the home version "ReAct Final Tuned" (FT).

These features exist in the arcade version (Act Cadenza) only:

* New playable characters: Aoko, Kouma, Neko-Arc
* Several new background stages (with new background music).
* Dodges.
* Circuit Spark (Heat Burst).
* Time Limits.
* EX Shielding.
* "Reverse Beat" message appears on heads-up display.
* Win message displays messages for Arc Drive, Last Arc, and Perfect wins.



-------Character Specific Changes-------

Melty Blood: ReAct "Final Tuned" Character specific changes.

Currently, this is not a complete list. I'll add to the list as I get more 
information.


        -Akiha
* Ground dashes faster
* 2A nerfed
* j.B and j.C hitstun down against grounded opponents
* j.2C slower
* Custom throws on Miyako and Chaos were removed
* 236A is three hits, low arch, and comes out fast
* 236B is one hit, high arch, comes out fast, launches, air techable
* 236A/B ground flames now EX/Arc Drive cancellable
* 236C no longer persistent, slower, no longer hits OTG
* Air 236A/B now have fixed angles, recover faster
* Uppercut motion changed to 623 (was 421)
* 623B bounces opponent
* 623B EX/Arc Drive cancellable while Akiha is still on the ground
* 22A/B/C flame pits vanish on if Akiha is counter hit (persist on regular hit).
* 22A/B/C flame pits now drains opponents circuit and life bar. Drained circuit 
adds to her circuit bar. Drained life also adds to her Yellow life bar 
* 22A/B/C flame pits no longer instantly decrease opponents Heat or Blood Heat
* 22C sound sample changes
* 22A/B/C flame pits have modified duration
* 214A/B pillars no longer persistent
* 41236C Arc Drive (Heat and Blood Heat) speed increased, no longer grabs 
airborne opponents
* Last Arc has new background graphic, speed increased, no longer comboable 
after it hits


        -Aka Akiha (Red Akiha / Reversed Akiha)
* Custom throws on Miyako and Chaos were removed
* 5B lost it's super armor
* 6C now EX/Arc Drive cancellable (in addition to being front dash cancellable)
* j.C speed increased
* 236A is fast, 3 hits, low arch
* 236B is slower, 3 hits, high arch
* 236A/B ground flames now EX/Arc Drive cancellable
* 236C no longer persistent, slower, no longer hits OTG
* Air 236A/B now have fixed angles, recover faster
* Air 236C has floating affect on AkaAkiha
* Uppercut motion changed to 623 (was 421), increase hitbox, recovery speed up
* Hitting AkaAkiha disables any current 22A/B/C flame pit she has out
* 22A/B/C flame pits now drains opponents circuit and life bar. Drained circuit 
adds to her circuit bar. Drained life also adds to her Yellow life bar 
* 22A/B/C flame pits no longer instantly decrease opponents Heat/Blood Heat
* 22A/B/C flame pits have modified duration
* 214A/B no longer EX/Arc Drive cancellable
* 41236C Arc Drive (Heat and Blood Heat) speed increased, no longer grabs 
airborne opponents


        -Arcueid
* Ground throw, hold 2 no longer bounces opponent
* j.2B now changes air trajectory, no longer cancellable
* j.2C can be crouch blocked
* 3B now jump cancellable launcher
* Charged 5B is now only one hit
* Charge 5C not cancellable
* Can no longer combo after 22A/B->66C wallslam
* 236B speed up, moves further
* Can no longer combo after 41236C Arc Drive
* Graphics change for shield bunker


        -Ciel
* Backdash speed increased
* j.2C speed down
* ground AAA chain changed to A6AA, minimum range limit removed
* 236C no longer floats airborne opponents (doesn't launch airborne opponents)
* 236C teleports Ciel behind opponent, she no longer slides
* 214A now throws only one knife that burns at any distance
* Air 214A now throws only one knife that burns at any distance
* 214B starts her knife throwing rekka chains (throw more knives with 4A or 4B)
* Air 214B additional knife toss delay now depends on button press speed
* 2CC is a cancellable jump cancellable launcher
* 41236C Arc Drive recovery decreased, larger hitbox, no longer retarded
* ground 236A and 236B have almost completely changed, read a character FAQ for 
more details on how this move works now


        -Hisui
* Backdash speed increased
* Ground throw no longer knocks Hisui down
* Airdash now arcs
* Air throw stronger
* 2A prorates 75%
* 6CC 236C command move added, you have to charge the second hit of 6CC236C to 
get it to be and overhead
* 6B speed up, now techable
* 623C now 80% prorate each hit. It does smaller damage now
* 22A/B speed up, and are now blockable 
* 22C can only put 2 chairs out at a time, chairs now clash opponents hits
* 236A/B now have enders, A version wall slams, B version launches, both 
techable, both don't combo
* 214A/B/C thrown objects now have different damage/arcs, the pot is the best, 
it goes WTF high
* 214A/B give meter when USED, not on hit
* 41236C Arc Drive launches opponent
* Last Arc inflicts Neko-Arc "dizzy stars"


        -Hisui&Kohaku
* See respective girls for individual change information
* 214A (with Hisui) plant assist can only have one plant on the screen at a time
- Lost an unblockable
* 63214C Assist Supers instantly exit Heat/Blood Heat, sets meter to 200% from 
Heat mode


        -Kohaku
* Backdash speed increased
* New 5B animation, 5B slowed down 
* 2C now must be blocked low
* j.C 90% scaled prorate
* New move. 632146C. Can be anything cancelled and comboed into
* Charged 236B wallslam can now be comboed after in the corner
* 236A/B speed down
* 22C hits slower and only 12 times
* 222C no longer tracks opponent
* Both versions of 41236C Arc Drive are comboable. Heat version is blockable
* Graphics change for shield bunker, now causes flame damage


        -M.Hisui (Mech Hisui)
* Ground throw builds no meter
* New airdash, flies horizontally
* j.2B hitbox decreased
* j.236A/B is her old airdash, new j.236C EX move
* 22B/C wallslams
* 41236C Arc Drives have fixed formation now


        -Miyako
* 6b unairblockable
* 6C speed up, more comboable, 70% scaled proration
* Ground throw 40% scale
* Air to ground throw removed
* 236A/B 6B now a forward moving cartwheel after the elbow
* 623B dashes forward before attacking
* 623A/C unairblockable
* 623C cancellable into anything 
* 236A 6A unairblockable
* 22C speed up
* Last Arc invincible, randomly reverses opponents controls, inflicts Neko-Arc 
"dizzy stars"
* Floating bug fixed


        -Nanaya (Shiki Nanaya)
* Ground throw now 2 hits, and is now able to counter hit
* j.C 80% scaled prorate
* 5C 80% scaled prorate 
* Can no longer 22 cancel 623A/B
* 236C no longer knocks down
* 22B teleports him vertically into the air, counts as a normal jump


        -Nero Chaos (Nrvnqsr Chaos)
* 5B no longer air blockable
* 2B can now float opponent on any hit
* Most of his attacks got a speed boost
* 421A deer jumps at opponent immediately
* 421A/B/C deer vanish from screen immediately after attacking
* 236C damage down, less birds, much wider angle, screen freeze also freezes all
birds' movement
* Graphics changes for 2B, j.B, 4C, 236A/B/C, and shield bunker


        -Ren (Len)
* Air EX Ice unchanged (had it before, still has it now)
* New 4B launcher
* j.C scaled prorates 90%
* j.2C hits slower
* 236C can hit OTG on certain characters, and hits "slower"
* Throw loop is to be possible
* Charged 236A/B now have a "freeze" animation when they connect with opponent 
* 236B Ice is horizontal, not upwards
* Charged 236B ice is horizontal + upwards
* 623C has shadow effects
* 41236C Arc Drive movement rate slower
* 214A cats are now always tabby
* 214B cats are now always white
* Movement during Last Arc removed
* Graphics change for shield bunker


        -Satsuki
* Airthrow added
* j.C no longer ground bounces
* 2B no longer moves her forward
* 5B hitbox size increased
* 236B speed decreased, now unblockable, no longer bounces
* 623C range decreased
* 22A/B/C now air blockable
* 41236C Arc Drive invincible while moving forward
* BH 41236C Arc Drive invincible while moving forward, recovery time increased
* Last Arc now wallslams


        -Shiki (Shiki Tohno)
* Dash speed down
* Charged 5C can no longer be cancelled
* 22A/B/C teleports removed
* 41236C Arc Drive range and height modified, now hits instantly
* Graphics change for shield bunker


        -Sion (Sion Eltnam Atlasia)
* j.2B removed
* Ground throw is her old C throw, she loses her B throw
* 5C now two hits uncharged
* Charged 5C now comboable after it hits
* Manual and auto ammo-reload speed increased
* 2C speed increased
* 6C speed decreased
* 6B no longer ground bounces airborne opponents

* Charged j.C nerfed

* 214A hitbox decreased, no longer persists if V.Sion is hit

* Whiffed/blocked 41236C Arc Drive lost some recovery speed and invincibility.

        -Warcueid (Wild Arcueid)
* Jump arc and double jump arc modified
* j.B hitbox size increased
* Partially charged 5B hits twice
* Charged 5C no longer cancellable
* 236A no longer EX/Arc Drive cancellable
* Second hit of 214B knocks down
* Connected 623C taunt speed increased
* Air 214C speed increased
* New pose for Arc Drives
* 41236C and BH 41236C Arc Drives come out faster, and don't disappear if you 
block something (they disappear if you're hit). Can no longer be comboed after.
