  1. It is for a quest in Eye of the North. There are 2 quests you can receive there if you are a Prophecies character. One requires you to talk to Gwen with a Red Iris flower, the other with the Tapestry Shred. Both of the quests award a green weapon as the reward. Here is a link to the 2 quests:

    The Tapestry Shred will allow with quest to be run, but it is the ONLY item that will allow the second on to be acquired. The green items are average for stats, but they both have unique skins. Links for the greens are provided within the links for the quests above.
