  1. I keep on geting a new password but it dosent ever work why is that

  2. I know the e-mail when i type in the password i type it asactly as it shows and it say i dont exist btw havent played it for a long time

  1. Ask support. It is possible you were hacked, or simply you just aren't doing something right. Either way, Anet staff is the only sourse of secure info on what is happening and why. Contact them for help on this.

    But to try and simplify.....

    1) make sure the username is correct - this would be the email address you used when creating the account
    2) make sure the password is typed/spelled correctly with caps done correctly
    3) make sure nobody else that may have had access to the account has changed it on you without telling you
