    Create a settings.ini file in the game directory with this written: g_debugMenuEnabled true and save. Now open the game, and in the pause menu you'll see the Debug menu option. Attention: some option can ruin your save file! Beware!

    Pause the game, go to Options, choose Resize and press X. In the resize screen, press, X to confim. Select OK, then resume the game.
    Your health gauge will then refill.
