My Game recognizes my controller as being plugged in but is only allowing me to press RB and LB.?

When I start up my DA:I, it is in Mouse & Keyboard, so I go to options and change to Gamepad and confirm. It then switches the interface so I see the Xbox Controls but i can't press anything but LB & RB. RB Advances to the selected option in the menu and LB Can Reset options if I am in an Options Menu. A few days ago my controller was working fine but now this keeps happening. Anyone else having this problem and Is there Any kind of Fix for this?
