Hello , I'm trying to become Reaver in Dragon Age Inquisition . I have killed those 3 reavers and collected quest items. then I killed few small dragons got their blood. got the book From skyhold near Iron Bull . Then i started collecting herbs (forgot their name) and the bug appeared there.After collecting 10 of them the quest window log reset them to 0 and each time i try to harvest game prompts me on the lew bottom side of screen that i harvested them but they wont appear in my inventory nor on quest log. All of them dissapeard and I dont know what to do. Can anyone help me?
