Life doesn't always turn out the way you want; it sure hasn't for Takayuki
Yamano. Wanting no part of his family's business, Takayuki fled to university
immediately after high school, hoping to make a niche for himself far away
from his hometown. However, upon his graduation four years later, his dreams
collapse. Unemployed and without any prospects, Takayuki has to drag himself
back home and take the job he dreads.
Of course, one might question Takayuki's sanity after considering the life he's
trying to escape. Takayuki's family runs the Yamano Inn, an establishment
known for its open-air baths and frequented by beautiful young women. One
could be quite content to while away the time admiring and entertaining these
gorgeous guests.
That's where you come in. In this point-and-click bishoujo game, you will
make Takayuki's decisions for three wonderful days, and it's your job to make
sure he doesn't end the weekend alone. You can make Takayuki pursue any of
the ten eligible women at the inn. Be careful, though, you'll face a ton of
possibilities that make it very difficult for you to reach your goal. Good

Takayuki Yamano
---------------
Takayuki is our lovable failure of a hero. Disappointed at having to return
to the inn but determined to prove his worth, Takayuki's attitude will often
waffle between apathetic laziness and fleeting resolution. Working at the
inn does suit him, however, because he definitely possesses a perverted streak.
Ayumi Shimizu
-------------
Ayumi and Takayuki have known each other their entire lives. While he went
away after high school, Ayumi immediately started working as a maid at the
Yamano's inn. She's an extremely shy girl, and she always seems to defer
to the wishes of others, especially Takayuki.
Makoto Jinnai
-------------
Makoto's the explosive cook at the inn. She's demonstrative and emotional;
her usual form of expression consists of flying fists and knives. Given her
unique approach to communicating, it's understandable that Takayuki has kept
his distance from her.
Mai Sakura
----------
Mai is a young artist who has come to the inn in hopes of capturing some
of its beautiful surroundings on her canvas. She's a very sweet and polite
girl, and she's modest almost to a fault. Mai will blush furiously whenever
Takayuki pays her a compliment. However, that may be because she likes him;
the two have immediate chemistry.
Kyoka Akiyama
-------------
Kyoka is a refined and elegant beauty. It's not immediately clear why she's
come to the Yamano Inn. She'll either hurl sharp orders to our manager-in-
training or cast sullen looks with a desperate silence. If Takayuki wants
to overcome these obstacles, he's going to have to work delicately.
Yuki Matsuno
------------
Yuki's dream is to be famous. She's working to become a "sexy idol," but
right now, she's on the bottom rung of the ladder. Having a natural
flirtatious streak, she really likes to give Takayuki a hard time.
However, it's not without rewards, she may become fond enough of him to
invite him to a "private" modeling session.
Nanami Ito * Kumi Kawanaka * Natsuki Asakura [The Terrible Trio]
----------------------------------------------------------------
Ah, the terrible trio, a group of high-maintenance schoolgirls spending
their vacation at the inn. These girls are energetic, playful, and always
in need of Takayuki's attention. As a group, they're trouble, but as
individuals, well, they're still trouble, but each in her own special way.
Nanami is supposedly the leader of the three. She's energetic and carefree,
but also a bit airheaded and impulsive. Althrough she's not as temperamental
as the short-fused Natsuki, Nanami will often fight with her when she doesn't
get her own way.
As for Natsuki, well, she acts like a spoiled bitch. She's condescending,
mean, and always enjoys having the upper-hand over someone. She'll go off
in a heartbeat if things aren't going her way. This is incredibly unfortunate
because Natsuki is also ultra-competitive. She won't give up at anything until
she comes out on top, which can get her in loads of trouble.
The only problem you'll have with Kumi is controlling the impulse to cuddle
her like a cute little kitten. She's an honest and trusting girl, and her
innocence and purity contrasts greatly with her quarrelsome companions.
Misato Amano * Keiko Takaya [The Debutantes]
--------------------------------------------
Misato and Keiko are an odd pair. They're both students at an exclusive
all-girls university, and they both have huge breasts. That, however, is
where the outward similarities end. Misato is a total snob, every word she
speaks and action she takes is meant to raise her above those around her.
Keiko's plain clothes and large glasses make her appear more bookish, and
she's much more open and polite than her friend. But, they are a pair
nonetheless; you'll never see one without the other. Just how far does this
relationship go?
Umekichi Sugida
---------------
Ume-san is Takayuki's mentor; he's worked at the inn longer than Takayuki has
been alive. For that reason, it's understandable that he acts as the boss
even though Takayuki is technically the manager of the inn. Although it seems
he's always concentrating on work, it's possible that the attractions of the
job have distracted him a little.

Collecting all the endings in Tokimeki Check-in! is a difficult task. Working
out the steps necessary to get closer to any particular girl is like putting
together a puzzle. You have to investigate where all the decisions in the
game lead, observe which girl you run into in a particular situation, and
determine which action will improve Takayuki's standing with her. Once you've
found all of a girl's events in the game, you have to string the pieces back
together to get your desired outcome.
If you've read this far, however, I doubt you only want hints. So, if your
patience has run out, or you just didn't have any to begin with, find your
desired destination below and be on your way.

Being the cover girl for the game, Ayumi has more endings than anyone else
with three. Her Best Ending is #16 - "Brilliant Days," and her Happy Ending
is #17 - "Love & Order." She's the only girl with a Bad Ending. #01 -
"Broken Vinculum." Unfortunately, you have to play around with several paths
of the bad ending to unlock 100% of the CG's; several events are catalogued
separately depending on whether Ayumi is still a virgin or not, so you must
explore all the possibilities.

In an effort to make the game more convenient for its players, Peach Princess
included both a Viewing and Memory Room at the start menu. The Viewing Room
contains individual CG's that you unlock throughout the game, while the Memory
Room will let you view unlocked sex scenes without having to play through
the game again.
Once you unlock 100% of the pictures in the Viewing Room, you'll get a special
treat. A ton of pages become available in the Viewing Room; you'll be able
to see everything: from the CG's for the endings and opening themes to all
the backgrounds around the inn. The CG's along each girl's route that were
not previously saved will also be viewable, as well as the complete array
of their character models with different outfits and poses.
The list below will help you unlock missing scenes if you're having
trouble. The scenes are listed in the order they appear in the Memory Room
and Viewing Room (with the exception of Ayumi's virgin/non-virgin versions,
which were flip-flopped for some reason), so you should be able to easily find
what you seek.
