  1. If you are playing on the PC, you can't save after beating the game. The only reason for doing so on the console versions was the costumes besides the default one. They were locked and the ones you gain access to depended on your difficulty (for 2 of them) and rank (for the rest, only on normal mode).

  2. pc users it saves for you not sure for PS and GameCube however
