Staff Challenges

From time to time, staff will issue their own challenges.

  • Although annoying at times, these are quick ways to immediately boost happiness.
    • Hint: Doing these will make getting Staff Morale up to 90-95% a little more easily as it gives the staff member a huge boost in happiness. It is however, not permanent.

Staff Challenges List:

Earn x Amount of Money

"I've always wanted to see a large sum of money, in person. I don't want to roll around on it, or anything, I'm not weird. I just want to look at with my eyes."

Challenge:
Earn ($100,000/$200,000/$400,000/$800,000)
Rewards: (+20%/+40%/+50% Happiness), K10

Train 3 Staff

Time Limit: 180 Days
Rewards: +25% Happiness, 10 Kudosh

Cure x Patients
"I'm not usually one for suggestions, but the other day I had this great idea, and I can't stop thinking about it. What if we were to, like, cure some people... wouldn't that be cool?"

Challenge: Cure (10/20/40/80) Patients
Time Limit: 90 Days
Rewards: (+20% Happiness/+30% Happiness, 10 Kudosh

Go 90 days without a death
"I don't know about you, but I find the relentless stream of deaths somewhat depressing. Do you think we could goa few months without any fatalities?"

Challenge: Go 90 days without a death.
Time Limit: 180 Days
Rewards: +25% Happiness, 10 Kudosh

Staff can also want to undergo personal challenges. They may want to cure a certain number of people, or serve a certain number of people in the Cafe. It's always worth a shot, you know? Thanks to Arnizipal for this reminder.
