Nurse Skills

Diagnostics

Nurses are the primary source of most diagnosis in this game, so it's important to have several nurses trained up a few levels to ensure quick and efficient diagnosis. Adding to the skill will make each visit to the diagnostic room more effective, which works together with GP's Offices to reduce overall queues. This is pretty effective by itself and just about every nurse in the game will benefit from a little extra help here. So go on, train 'em up!

Diagnostics - Increases diagnosis skills, +10% Diagnosis Skill (Training Units Required: 240)
Diagnostics II - Enhanced diagnosis skills, +10% Diagnosis Skill (Training Units Required: 300)
Diagnostics III - Advanced diagnosis skills, +10% Diagnosis Skill (Training Units Required: 360)
Diagnostics IV - Elite diagnosis skills, +10% Diagnosis Skill (Training Units Required: 420)
Diagnostics V - World-class diagnosis skills, +10% Diagnosis Skill (Training Units Required: 480)

Treatment

Nurses will be responsible for administering treatment to patients in a large number of rooms, such as Wards, Fracture Wards, Injection Rooms, Clown Clinics, Colourizer Rooms, Pest Control Rooms, and Decrypter Rooms, as well as assisting in the Operating Theater. Therefore, they will treat a sizeable number of patients, so it's as important to make sure you have a good number of these trained up, with just as many as Treatment doctors. Keep the number about equal to the number of rooms you have. In most cases, one nurse can handle two rooms unless a big queue forms.

Treatment - Increased treatment skills, +10% Treatment Skill (Training Units Required: 240)
Treatment II - Enhanced treatment skills, +10% Treatment Skill (Training Units Required: 300)
Treatment III - Advanced treatment skills, +10% Treatment Skill (Training Units Required: 360)
Treatment IV - Elite treatment skills, +10% Treatment Skill (Training Units Required: 420)
Treatment V - World-class treatment skills, +10% Treatment Skill (Training Units Required: 480)

Injection Administration

This is a one-level qualification specific to the Injection Room. It's definitely worth combining with the Treatment skill and upgrading the Jab Master as well. Pretty funny animation too.

Injection Administration - Increased injection skills, +20% Treatment Skill in Injection Room (Training Units Required: 240)

Pharmacy Management

This is a one-level qualification specific to the pharmacy. Like the injection administration, it's worth combining with the Treatment skill and upgrading the Drug Mixer to make a powerful pharmacist nurse.

Pharmacy Management - Increased pharmacy skills, +20% Treatment Skill in Pharmacy (Training Units Required: 240)

Ward Management

Nurses will be more efficient in the Ward and Fracture Ward with the qualification. Definitely a good one to have for nurses specifically in the ward. In some cases, you might be better training just a couple here, and then a couple other of treatment or diagnosis, with Bedside manner to boot. However you decide is best for your setup, I definitely recommend Bedside Treatment over training straight to Qualification V. But if you want to, because you're that much of a completionist, be my guest!

Ward Management - Increased ward management skills, +20% Diagnosis Skill in Ward, +20% Treatment Skill in Ward, +20% Treatment Skill in Fracture Ward (Training Units Required: 240)
Ward Management II - Increased ward management skills, +20% Diagnosis Skill in Ward, +20% Treatment Skill in Ward, +20% Treatment Skill in Fracture Ward (Training Units Required: 300)
Ward Management III - Increased ward management skills, +20% Diagnosis Skill in Ward, +20% Treatment Skill in Ward, +20% Treatment Skill in Fracture Ward (Training Units Required: 360)
Ward Management IV- Increased ward management skills, +20% Diagnosis Skill in Ward, +20% Treatment Skill in Ward, +20% Treatment Skill in Fracture Ward (Training Units Required: 420)
Ward Management V - Increased ward management skills, +20% Diagnosis Skill in Ward, +20% Treatment Skill in Ward, +20% Treatment Skill in Fracture Ward (Training Units Required: 480)

Bedside Manner

This skill increases happiness to your patients when interacting with the nurse. This is a small, but important part of making sure your patients don't rage quit, so make sure you have plenty of staff with it on hand (I'll generally pause between either Levels II and III, or III and IV to do this). I would say any nurse past their third-level Qualification should have this. You may also consider this sooner if you're having a problem with Rage Quitting patients in particular.

Bedside Manner - Increase the happiness of patients when dealing with them. (Training Units Required: 240)
