Initial Blurb:

"Welcome to Flemington, a wealthy town where the people have more money than sense. I think we could make a killing here (pardon the expression) if we can get ourselves a marketing licence.

We can use marketing campaigns to improve our reputation, attract more patients and recruit better staff.

I suggest we focus on our research, and marketing, on an illness that has been plaguing the area for a while: Animal Magnetism."

My Layout (Current Level - 3 Stars)
From this point on, I will create a new separate page for layouts because the size of the levels just keep getting bigger. Find the Winning Layout here.

Level Notes

  • As the game keeps dropping hints about wealth, don't be afraid to jack up prices by 10 or 20% for some good cash - you'll need this to more quickly achieve the 3 Star goals.
  • Notice in this layout, there's a pretty good segregation of room function
  • The helipad's central location is relatively close to my treatment room
  • When you unlock the disease Shattered, be careful with it! It's one of the entire game's hardest diseases to cure, so you must make sure that your Fracture Ward staff is very well trained (to Qualification III or IV or V) with additional Wall Monitors to cure it successfully.
  • This is the first level where you really won't get anything additional/helpful after your first star, so feel free to move along to the Industrial Region sooner if you'd like.
  • A more detailed case study follows this page.
