Disasters

Beginning from Tumble onwards, you will occasionally have to deal with natural disasters which will impact your hospital in different ways. Some hospitals even make you deal with multiple ones in quick succession. Pebberley Reef particularly comes to mind. Here is a list of all of them and what they do. I am still polishing the list, so some screenshots are missing, and it's indeed possible you may seem some disasters in other hospitals aside from those listed. This will be added to during future minor updates.

Earthquakes
(Picture coming soon)
Seen in: Tumble, Sweaty Palms, Grockle Bay, Blighton, Croquembouche, Chasm 24 (Close Encounters DLC)
These will violently shake your screen and deal a varying amount of damage. They come in three flavors: small, medium, and large. The most common, but straightforward disaster of all: it simply forces janitors to go into overdrive for maintenance.

Electrical Storms

Seen in: Melt Downs, Pebberley Reef (Pebberley Island DLC),Chasm 24 (Close Encounters DLC)

Volcanic Eruptions
(Picture coming soon)
It's a bit of an earthquake in addition to dropping hot gobs of lava on to your hospital floor that have to be extinguished with fire extinguishers.
Seen In: Sweaty Palms, Chasm 24 (Close Encounters DLC)

Hailstorms (Bigfoot DLC)
(Picture coming soon)
It's like an earthquake, but with snow effects.
Seen in: Underlook Hotel, Swelbard, Roquefort Castle

Avalanches (Bigfoot DLC)
(Picture coming soon)
It's like a more intense earthquake, but with snow effects.
Seen in: Underlook Hotel, Swelbard, Roquefort Castle, Chasm 24 (Close Encounters DLC)

Ghost Infestation (Bigfoot DLC)
(Picture coming soon)
A group of 10 ghosts or so will haunt a section of your hospital, causing everyone to, as always, run for their lives
Seen in: Roquefort Castle(Picture coming soon)
It's like an earthquake, but with snow effects.
Seen in: Underlook Hotel, Swelbard, Roquefort Castle, Chasm 24 (Close Encounters DLC)

Solar Storms (Pebberley Island DLC)

During the solar event, concentrated beams of light will fire upon your hospital, leaving scorch marks that need to be extinguished with your precious fire extinguishers. Be sure to leave some in the corridors precisely for this!
Seen in: Melt Downs, Overgrowth, Topless Mountain

Water Tornadoes (Pebberley Island DLC)

These will spawn water tornadoes that move through the hospital and leave a large amount of water puddles in their wake.
Seen In: Pebberley Reef, Chasm 24 (Close Encounters DLC)

Frog Storms (Pebberley Island DLC)
(Picture Coming Soon)
Literally the Biblical plague. A bunch of dizzy frogs will land in your hospital, which not only have to be cleaned up, but cause a chain vomit reaction. Lovely.
Seen In: Pebberley Reef (Pebberley Island DLC), Overgrowth (Pebberley Island DLC), Topless Mountain (Pebberley Island DLC), Camouflage Falls (Close Encounters DLC), Chasm 24 (Close Encounters DLC)

Raccoons (Close Encounters DLC)

This event will literally have cute raccoons rain down from the sky, into your garbage bins, and cause a large amount of litter around the hospital.
Seen in: Goldpan (Close Encounters DLC)

Meteor Showers (Close Encounters DLC):

These are volcano eruptions amped up, which occur in multiple waves, that will rain "great balls of fire" from the sky and crash into your hospital, potentially injuring patients and machines.
Seen in: Camouflage Falls
