Initial Blurb:
Welcome to Goldpan. The people here live off, and in the shadow of, the "Goldpan Scandal", when it was reported that aliens had crash-landed near the little town in the south of Two Point County. You'll notice that a 'replica' of the crash site has been built on the edge of town.

After years of being irritated by space-hungry tourists, the townspeople aren't the friendliest to outsiders, but if you can win them over the some impressive medical accomplishments, I'm sure they'll let you expand the hospital into the other parts of town. Although they'll be in disguise and look like regular patients, some of the aliens that landed - yes they really did land - will turn up to the hospital. They're only curious, but they'll cut queues, clog up the system without paying for treatments, and make a mess if we give them the chance. Look out for their cloaking devices failing, as well as suspicious, alien behaviour, so you can send them home.

New Game Concepts:
Alien Infiltrators
You now have to deal with alien patients, who don't really benefit your hospital - they act as patients, don't pay for treatments, and serve as another way to clog up your queue. They have some telltale signs including refusing to pay and a failing cloaking device which occasionally shows their true form. They also announce themselves in your hospital by an audio cue of a radio transmission-like sound which plays when they're in the building the camera is active over. They also have a nefarious laugh as a default emotion. They look like this in their default form:



Also, when they die, they are abducted by the mothership, as opposed to the normal chance of ghost mechanism.


Raccoons
In a sort of...cute..(?)..twist to disasters, you'll now have raccoons rain down from the sky aiming straight for your garbage bins. And just like in real life, they'll toss trash around.

At least they're kind of cute...?

My Current 3-Star Layout



Level Notes

I really don't have a whole lot to say about this level. The alien dynamic definitely turns into a big of a pixel hunt, where you're spending lots of time scouting for aliens. Just take 'em as you can, I guess. Other than that, this is the same vanilla Two Point Hospital you should know by now. Sure, it's a bit of a challenge to unlock things, but the new diseases are fun and trust me, this level is easy compared to its successors, Camouflage Falls (the waves of Pebberley Island are back!) and Chasm 24 (frustrating and it gives you an entire new level of vigilance ON TOP of the aliens you're dealing with in this level). So sit back, and enjoy the tribute to alien movies!
